Well maintained.very clean easy walk to the Down town board walk
Pros:

Clean and comfortable nice location. We will book again.

Cons:

Was way over charged at the restaurant and bar. They double charged me on tacos and beer. $ 72.00 should’ve been $24.00 didn’t go back went next door.

Pros:

Location was great. We didn’t have breakfast, left early.

Cons:

everything was great, the staff was amazing!!! They’ll made sure to get the World Series game on for us in the indoor bar and in our room! We were very greatful.

Nice, but spendy.
Pros:

Seaside long shallow beach great for walks. Has a mini-fridge. Queen bed was fine, nice bathroom.

Cons:

The charge for a dog is too much. 600 pesos in cash only.

Traveling through San Felipe to the USA
Pros:

The location is on the beach. The parking is outside the bungalow. The food and service were good. The staff is friendly.
There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom sink is a decent size. Dogs allowed. The beach is nice with great sand.

Cons:

The room was in the second row not on the beach, but it did have a view. There is no hair drier. The room was clean but in desperate need of renovation. It took hours to cool the room down. The shower /toilet never cooled down and it was HOT. There is an extra charge for dogs that is not divulged when booking. I felt that it was expensive for what we got. That said Victors is heads and tails above the places that we have stayed in San Felipe before. We had a pleasant time and would stay again.
