Loved this little escape from the bustle of Oaxaca!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and each day different. The patio was such a great place to relax and eat and the cook/server was such a sweet woman.

I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa de Los Sueńos!
Pros:

Everything!
The minute the door opens into their garden and you smell the flowers and hear the birds, you know you’ve made the right decision.
Our terraced room was spacious,comfortable and serene.
Don’t miss Breakfast each morning! as it’s one of the best in Oaxaca!

Would have liked a softer pillow.

A quiet, peaceful stay with a wonderful staff
Pros:

First and foremost, the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Second, the facility is clean, quiet and modern.

Although it is a walking distance from the city center, we would have liked to been closer

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Las habitaciones y baño muy comodas y agradables. Alma, en recepción muy amable y nos apoyó en todo lo que requerimos para reservar y hacer viajes cercanos. El desayuno mexicano y delicioso.

Cons:

Para familias puede ser incómodo por que no tienen servicio de restaurante ni alberca u otros espacios que suelen ser importantes con niños pequeños.

Pros:

Très belle demeure, moderne et bien ésuipée. Domage qu’il fesait super froid et ils n’avaient pas de chauffage d’appoint, donc 15 degrés dans la chambre, surtout que toutes les cours sont a l’ombre donc même si il y a du soleil il fait super froid. En plus les douches avaient une eau super chaude ou froide et pas de pression. Le petit dèj très bon mais frugale. Les lits super confortables, les savons top, mais le froid nous a fait avoir une expérience mitigée

Froid et pas de solution, douche difficile et pas de pression, linge n’a pas été lavé car c’était dimanche, mais il be l’ont pas dit donc ont gardé le linge pour nous le rendre sale!

Facilities lacking, staff nice and hardworking
Pros:

Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Staff hard working and very helpful. If the hotel were half the price, I would have rated it as good, but for the price you pay - the facilities, the ambiance, the quality - do not match the expectation at all.

Cons:

We stayed at the ground floor garden room, which was very humid and smelled musty. Could not air it out because of mosquitoes outside. Clothes and bedding dampish. Shower is awful, water alternated between burning hot and cold, shower design allows water to splash out and adds to the high humidity in the room. Shower shows wear and tear, and the wooden floor smells. Room spacious but lacks ambiance. Breakfast starts at 8:30, but most tours pick up at 8am. so you miss breakfast. Just not worth the money you spend imho.
