Nice room, elevator, nice staff

Cons:

The night lights couldn’t be turned off. We were 4 and only towels for two were in the room, we asked for additional towels and they were sent to the room. The hotel is quite expensive

Las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas, el bar muy acogedor, el personal bien.

Cons:

El area acondicionado consideró q esta mal ubicado porque enfría más una cama, entonces unos pasaron un poco de frío y otros calor. No cuenta con plancha.

I had call and let them know about 5 time to cancel night and the said I had to go on line to do it but I told them it won’t let me and the said they couldn’t do anything due to gps took us to two different places

I was in Ezequiel Montes for a wedding and Hotel Casa Diamante was full so I stayed here instead.
Pros:

Both restaurants were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.. The location was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room is on the smaller side, maybe 10X12 feet. The water pressure is very low. There is no ledge or shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc.

The room is very small, there isn't a small table or desk in case you need to do some work or to place your items, there are not enough electricity plugs to charge phones, computer, etc.
