Wonderful service by the staff, especially by Odette. She was wonderful.

En general nuestra estancia fue buena y agradable pero fuimos en temporada baja y el servicio d comida no fue completo, ofrecen mucho y no hay disponibilidad del menú. Cm sugerencia abran el espacio d terraza cm desayunador tmbn pues hay pocas mesas y toca esperar mucho tiempo para poder comer. Su mobiliario del area d comedor hay q mantenerlo ya q uno de mis parientes d estar sentado se cayó pprq la madera ya estaba podrida, no pasó d un moreton y el susto pero se que pueden ser detalles que afecten la buena estancia.

Un hotel muy bonito, tranquilo. Para desconectar, las habitaciones muy bonitas y todo muy lindo. La decoración de la habitacion excelente y tiene una cocina suficiente para hacer alimentos sencillos

Todo muy bien, todos son muy atentos. La alberca es grande, con chapoteadero y limpia. La habitación está muy bien para 5 personas

Nos tocó que se fue la luz una noche y dormimos sin aire. Son cosas ajenas al lugar, pero también faltó el agua porque depende de que haya electricidad. Eso no me pareció muy adecuado.

Really liked this hotel in Lo de Marcos. Well located just a few blocks from the beach and plenty of street parking. Key features were a beautiful pool, kitchenette in room, you could order breakfast too if you wanted, nice big bed and extra seating (couch, kitchen chairs etc). Our first night it was very noisy but it was the town celebration not the hotel guests, so not much that the hotel could do. Second night was quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would certainly return if coming to the area again.

El lugar bastante cómodo y cálido, se sentía un ambiente muy relajante, además de que está muy muy cerca de la playa, definitivamente sí volveremos!

Great location. One block from the beach and Olivia’s beachfront restaurant.
Clean, complimentary coffee, nice staff.

Issue with the overhead fans, fan lights and tv coming on or turning off intermittently. May have been a ghost.

Property beside hotel had many roosters in cages making it difficult to sleep from 4 am on and then maintenance staff were very loud starting at 8:00 am. Enjoyed the coffee supplied by the pool.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is very nice, colorful and convenient to everything in Lo de Marcos. Our room was large and had a small kitchenette. The front desk person, Alberto, was great and super helpful. We enjoyed Julio up at the rooftop lounge as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The host Antonio is a very special guy and we loved him. He made our stay extra great!

The staff were super helpful. Really nice clean room with a good kitchen setup. Short walk to beach, stores, and food around town. Great pool and really nice roof top area with view of ocean and town. We really enjoyed it and would stay again.

I spent 2 nights, there were kinds at the pool yielding up to eleven at night. A bad experience. Never again

Me gustó mucho la habitación, (puerto Vallarta) espaciosa, equipada y cómoda, la limpieza es buena, las instalaciones en general están en buenas condiciones, la ubicación es muy buena, a dos cuadras de la playa, la alberca es de buen tamaño, es agradable y limpia, la habitación tenía un balcón de buen tamaño, hubo algunas cortesías como agua y cafe, el baño está muy equipado y con todo lo necesario, al igual que la cocina, es como un mini departamento.

No me gustó: el techo de la habitación tenía mucho sarro en algunos puntos y caía constantemente sobre la ropa los muebles e incluso sobre nosotros.
La propiedad no cuenta con estacionamiento y tienes que dejar tu vehículo en la vía pública, durante la estancia hubo un corte de energía eléctrica que afecto todo incluyendo el suministro de agua, la habitación me la entregaron 30 minutos más tarde según el check in.
A pesar de estos puntos malos la estancia fue agradable y cómoda, la verdad voy a regresar y lo voy a recomendar, gracias por recibirnos.
