Если вернусь на Шри Ланку , то после перелета или вылета домой остановилась бы еще раз .
Pros:

Отель находится на первой береговой , современный номер , удобная постель , прекрасный вид из окна . Мы были в новом корпусе . Рядом очень вкусный ресторан O2 . Завтраки вкусные ( за 5 суток старались разнообразить ( яйца, омлет , сендвичи , фрукты , сок , стандартно для Шри Ланки - хлеб , очень вкусное сливочное масло , джем , выпечка , чей, кофе ) сытно , претензий нет . Но иногда выпечку готовили на кокосовом масле , а оно имеет своеобразный привкус , на любителя . Чистый большой бассейн , полотенца , очень красивая территория , много цветов . Хозяин говорит по русски ., приветливый персонал . Пляж не далеко , но океан мутный , предлагают экскурсии , но больше никаких развлечений . Конечно , если вы едите за полноценным отдыхом , то лучше поехать в УНА ВАТУНУ . Мы остановились перед полетом , это удобно , до аэропорта 1.20 .

Cons:

Очень много мелких муравьев , они везде ((((. Уборку в номерах не делают , но это типично для Шри Ланки .

Heerlijk hotel met zwembad2
Pros:

Ruime, schone kamer met groot en goed bed. Lekker ontbijt met elke dag iets anders. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden met matrasjes en veel schaduw. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zijn een aantal goede restaurants op loopafstand. O2 is erg lekker voor seafood, maar wel relatief duur (maar voor Nederlandse begrippen nog steeds spotgoedkoop). Er zijn een paar kleine winkeltjes in de buurt, voor een supermarkt moet je naar de main road, uurtje lopen door rustige wijken of je neemt gewoon een tuktuk. Voor een schoon en mooi strand met schaduwplekken moet je wat verder lopen, de brug over en bij de vismarkt het strand op en nog wat doorlopen.

Cons:

Niet veel, er is niet echt een strand bij het hotel, dat is slechts een kleine strip zand. Maar als je bereid bent een stukje te lopen, is er een prachtig strand waar je helemaal alleen ligt op wat vissers na.

Das Zimmer war ein Traum. Es war riesig und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Leider war die Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe, was die Entspannung am Pool gestört hat. Da kann aber die Unterkunft auch nichts für. Der Strand war nicht besonders hübsch

Deluxe sea room outlook is not private and has very limited view of the sea
Pros:

The Deluxe sea room was huge with sofa and chairs and had its own fridge which was a plus - but a bit grubby round the edges in parts. The bath in the room is by the window which looks out onto the guest dining area.

Cons:

The Deluxe Sea Room had a very partial view of the sea glimpsed between trees, through the garden, across the road and past buildings; one window looked out onto a terrace used by diners, and the other (double doors) looked out onto a balcony pathway used by other guests so if you wanted privacy you had to shut the curtains even in the day. The listing cites mosquito net - but none of the rooms have mosquito nets. From previous experiences in other parts of Sri Lanka this was important and a factor in booking - and if, as the owner says, mosquitos may be few - , if a place doesn't have facilities they shouldn't list them. I was able to cancel my second night and left without a breakfast so can't comment on that - though other guests say it is good. The room was fine and very large, and the garden view is pretty, but it was not accurately described in Booking.com and therefore expectations of a sea view room with some privacy were not met.

Хорошее место для ночевки перед вылетом. Просторный номер и ванная комната, удобная кровать, кондиционер и вкусный завтрак. Есть бассейн, а рядом океан, но пляж не оборудован.

Cons:

Много ворон, играла громкая музыка всю ночь через дорогу.

Excellent place
Pros:

Everything was great here, the location is beautiful and just in front of the beach. Rooms are big and clean. The serve drinks and coffee and a good breakfast. Staff is kind even if nobody speak any foreign language and neither English at least which makes communication difficult. Overall we had a great stay.

Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at Solomon’s Beach Guest House and can’t recommend it highly enough.
The location is perfect – right by a beautiful, quiet beach where you can swim and relax, yet still close to the town for shops and restaurants.
The breakfast deserves a special mention – it was incredibly generous, freshly prepared every morning and absolutely delicious. We really looked forward to it each day.
But what truly makes this place special are the hosts. They are some of the kindest, most genuine and welcoming people we’ve met on our travels. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Thank you for your warmth, care and hospitality – we will remember our time here fondly and would love to return one day.
