A beautiful, comfortable stay with great service.
Pros:

The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Nothing major Wi-Fi could be slightly faster, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Passable stay
Pros:

Good location in the middle of Unawatuna. Air-conditioning worked well, fan worked well. Staff friendly when we arrived, but very disorganised. Seemed nice people, owner not onsite.

Cons:

Bathroom very basic in our room, toilet a bit grim and smelly, ants in bathroom and very tired decoration, lights not working. No safe deposit box available. Towels provided not properly fresh and not changed in 4 days. Bedding not changed in 4 days. No staff on hand to ask.

Perfect little place
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. Away from busy streets, yet very close to everything. A quiet place with good Internet, and breakfast was delicious.
