Overmachtssituaties werden niet correct opgevolgd ondanks herhaalde vriendelijke herinneringen.
Pros:

Prijs- kwaliteit leek alles in orde.
Basic verblijf maar dat was zoals ook beschreven.

Cons:

We dienden vooraf alles te betalen. Op de tweede dag was er geen ontbijt, was er niemand om dit te melden en ook niemand telefonisch bereikbaar. Na thuiskomst stuurde ik een vriendelijk bericht met begrip in geval van overmacht. Ik ontving ook de belofte dat de kosten voor het ontbijt (voor 3 personenen) zouden teruggestort worden. Na drie vriendelijke herinneringsmails (en één maand later) is dit nog steeds niet in orde. In de laatste mail heb ik vermeld dat ik hiertoe verplicht werd deze beoordeling te publiceren.

Er was niemand bij de check-inn op moment van aankomst. Lang moeten wachten.

mit Frühstück ( auch ok) kann man sich denken wie der Rest aussieht.

Pros:

Goede bedden, gelegen in hartje van Echternach. Best comfortabel voor die prijs. We zouden hier opnieuw boeken.
Ontbijt was volledig. Vriendelijke uitbater.

Cons:

Parking was niet evident om wille van Jazz Festival drukte. Achteraf bleek de parkeerhal Gare redelijk dichtbij. Vorige gasten hadden gerookt op de kamer, waar uiteraard weinig aan te doen is.

Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het historische centrum van Echternach, met een vriendelijke eigenaar. Het ontbijtbuffet was niet super uitgebreid, maar voldeed aan de verwachtingen. De kamer was over het algemeen schoon.

Cons:

Telkens als we onze kamer binnenkwamen rook het in de kamer niet fris, de geur leek op sigarettenrook, wat niet aangenaam was. Ook waren er schimmelsporen rond het raam door condens.

L’emplacement idéal, et alors le Patron génial, il m’a fait passer une magnifique soirée avec ses amis . Le repas était délicieux. Il a vraiment été aux petits soins pour moi.

Cons:

Het hotel kon hun reservering niet nakomen. Bij aankomst stonden we voor een gesloten deur, we kregen ook niemand van het hotel te pakken. Het hotel was althans open want er waren andere gasten. Na 3 uur wachten besloten we een ander hotel te boeken. Tot op vandaag weten we nog steeds niet waar het misliep en hebben we ons geld nog steeds niet terug.
