Está muy mal que se queden con tu INE y es pésimo que nunca esté la encargada y no haga su trabajo

No me regresaron mi INE , y me di cuenta ya que estaba muy lejos.
Llevo varias semanas tratando de hablar con la encargada o gerente y las personas del escritorio solo me dicen que me va a devolver la llamada y nunca me marca, he llamado unas 6 veces y nunca está. Hay alguien que no sea ella que me ayude!! Por favor necesito mi INE

No me pude dar un baño decente, las dos veces me quedé enjabonada porque se fue el agua, jamas salio agua caliente, , la habitación huele a humedad, no hay toallas

PESIMO!! NO VOLVEREMOS!!

no aplica ubicacion regular problemas con el estacionamiento -

Cons:

baño sucio con hongos, puerta corrediza mal, sin ventana o extractor, desde la entrada olor a cañería.
mini pantalla y olor en la habitación contaminado por el del baño. adicionalmente las botas de alguien en el pasillo con penetrante olor a pies . solo dejaron una almohada con reservación para dos personas y en el segundo día no dejaron toallas al solicitarlas indicaron que deberíamos bajar por ellas. en general pésimo!!
