Location is ideal but the hotel needs lots of maintenance work and cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Location was good, short walk to turtle beach. Allowed for an early check in.

Cons:

The room was generally dirty. There were stains on the bedding, dirty fridge, wires hanging from the ceiling where there should be light fittings. Upon arrival I couldn’t find anyone to check in and had to message on booking.com to let them know of my arrival. I later on tried to find them for the wifi password but couldn’t, so I messaged for the wifi information but had no response and for the 2 nights I stayed I couldn’t find anyone to help with this issue until I checked out. The mattress was lumpy and needs replacing.
