Excellent stay, near to beach area. Owner of property allowed us to use their kitchen as we are vegetarian & we were facing issue in finding vegetarian foods nearby.
Clean & spacious rooms. Children enjoyed swimming pool. Breakfast was very nice & as per our needs.
Thanks Liyanage team for making our stay memorable.

Good value.
Pros:

Nice family run resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to relax in. The resort is across the road to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of eating options nearby. The main road is in front so it's easy to catch buses or tuk tuks.

Cons:

The internet was patchy and didn't really work well in our room.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, la poignée de la porte d’entrée était cassée, la douche fuyait, des fourmis dans la salle de bain, la piscine était à moitié vide en arrivant, il y avait beaucoup de bruit la nuit (pétards, feux d’artifice) et le matin tôt

A small family run hotel, very welcoming, good value
Pros:

Location wasn't on the beach but across a busy road, however the hotel was secure and we were able to park our tuktuk inside the gated yard. Lovely swimming pool was appreciated. Room was comfortable and clean and bathroom facilities good.

Cons:

Air conditioner seemed to switch on and off through the night, so room got a bit stuffy, but the ceiling fan worked well.
