Управляющему отелем пожелал бы избавиться от некомпетентной сотрудницы, которая работала 23 февраля.

Заселялся на 4 дня, оплатил в отеле по прибытию, через три дня администратор требовал выехать, не проверив все данные и сильно побеспокоила меня. Затем вечером вызвала миграционную полицию, хотя я ничего не нарушал. За причиненные неудобства даже не извинилась. Я и в прошлом году был в это время в отеле и поставил 8.0

Nice, good for value, simple but good food and friendly stuff.
Pros:

The location is center. Close to all the sightseeing places. The restaurant is quite simple but comfy and with good food.

Cons:

In the winter when outside is -15 celsius, the rooms will be not so warm if you prefer room temperature at least +22 celsius. But this was not such a big deal. I stayed there for 2nd time and will return when visiting this charming city again.

A nice place to stay in the center of Ludza. Easy check in, friendly staff, a big room, inexpensive, and an excellent hotel breakfast for a small additional cost.

Отель на одну ночь.
Pros:

Заказанный номер полностью соответствует описанию. Номер не большой, есть всё необходимое для остановки на одну ночь. Произвело впечатление - высота потолков, очень высокие. Горячая вода в номере есть. Номер находился на третьем этаже. В номере было достаточно прохладно, но для сне под тёплым одеялом, это прекрасно. Цена и качество номера отеля соответствовала. Завтрак за отдельную плату. Понравилось, что персонал (Андреас) с заботой относится к проживающим. Регистрация быстрая, и персонал был на месте, хотя я заезжал довольно поздно.

Cons:

Ограниченное количество туалетной бумаги. Отель местом для парковки не располагает, но есть общественные места рядом с отелем. Отсутствие лифта, при такой высоте потолков, способствует "спортивным тренировкам".
