The room was spacious.
Receptionists were friendly.

Cons:

1, The mattress was extremely soft, the mattress’ protector sheet wasn’t fixed to the bed, causing my bed very uneven and bulging all over. So I didn't sleep well all night.
2, The shower cubicle didn’t have a door. Half of the shower head was blocked, causing water to splash everywhere, resulting in a lot of water flowing from the bathroom floor into the bedroom floor.

Perfektní lokalita. Ubytování hned u autobusového nádraží, za rohem kolektivos na Chitzen Itza a kousek do centra. Průchozí s kavárnou.

Cons:

Měli jsme okno do ulice, tak byl slyšet ruch z autobusového nádraží, ale nic co by se nedalo vydržet.

It made me reconsider my opinon of 2* hotels and I truly think pictures do not honor the hotel. I loved the style. people are kind and available. Location is ideal for people relying on bus for visits. Room could use additionnal power socket.

I have been pointed to the wrong place to get a shared transport to ek balam leading to higher expenses.

Cons:

Noises from the bar/club around until 3am. No sound proof at all. The noise came through the door.
