L'accueil, la propreté des lieux, la proximité des restaurants et la mer, la boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Réservation non respectée et compensation insuffisante

L'hôtel est proche de la plage et des coins animés de la ville

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre avec lit double pour 3 nuits (180 €). La première nuit, on m’a donné une chambre avec deux lits séparés, donnant sur une cour très étroite (presque sans lumière naturelle), avec un bruit de climatisation gênant. En plus, l’hôtel est situé au-dessus d’une pâtisserie : le matin, une odeur très forte se diffusait dans la chambre et m’a réveillé tôt.

Pour compenser, on m’a proposé uniquement un petit déjeuner gratuit. Ce geste symbolique est largement insuffisant au regard des désagréments rencontrés et du prix total du séjour.

Le personnel est resté poli, mais les échanges avec la réception ont été confus et contradictoires, ce qui a ajouté à mon insatisfaction.

Pros:

It is well located, clean, has A/C, a lift, ensuite bathroom and comfortable.

The staff were fantastic. Particularly Aymane who helped me when I arrived on my scooter after a long ride. He was welcoming, friendly and helpful. It really made the stay a 10/10.

It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, and lots of cafes, restaurants and markets nearby.

belle chambre spacieuse. Merci pour le surclassement. Très propre, personnel adorable et serviable. les lits sont très confortables
