Nada que ver con las fotos,pésimo trato de la recepción, me dieron habitación en el 2° piso y no había ascensor tuve que subir la maleta de 20 kg hasta el 2 yo sola porque el chico que lo hacia estaba dormido y no lo podían despertar y cuando por fin subí la habitación no estaba preparada tuve que esperar 30 min porque la estaba limpiando y estaba toda revuelta me tuve que ir en ese mismo instante con la noche pagada muy mala experiencia no volvería a repetir nunca.

Nous étions trois adultes et l'expérience a été vraiment en deçà de nos attentes. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était minuscule et particulièrement oppressante : il n'y avait aucune véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, seulement une petite ouverture située tout en haut du mur, accessible uniquement en grimpant sur le lit. L'ambiance y était tellement oppressante que j'ai fini par faire une crise d'angoisse, ayant sincèrement l'impression de manquer d'air.
L'hygiène et le confort laissaient également à désirer. Malgré notre demande explicite pour une chambre non-fumeur, celle-ci empestait le tabac. La réponse du personnel s'est résumée à un parfum d'intérieur, ce qui est inefficace quand l'odeur vient manifestement de la ventilation des chambres voisines. Pour couronner le tout, les draps présentaient de nombreuses taches orange et la télévision, pourtant présente sur les photos de l'annonce, était absente. Quant à la salle de bain, elle était propre mais si étroite qu'elle devient très vite impraticable.
Côté petit-déjeuner, le système est assez inefficace. Il ne s'agit pas d'un buffet mais d'un "package" imposé, ce qui génère énormément de gaspillage puisque l'on ne choisit pas ce que l'on consomme. Le service est par ailleurs très lent, ce qui est contraignant si vous avez prévu de visiter la ville tôt le matin. Nous avons d'ailleurs eu l'impression d'être traités différemment des autres tables, nous n'avons eu droit qu'à du pain, contrairement aux autres clients qui ont reçu des msemens ou des beghrirs, peut-être parce que nous avions demandé, ce matin-là, le remboursement de nos deux nuits restantes pour quitter les lieux.
