Pros:

Easy to find at night as on the main road. Clean room. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A little bit cold and nowhere to dry our wet gear. Disappointing breakfast as no fresh juice or coffee.

My stay was pleasant and memorable thanks to the warm hospitality of Mr. Mohamed and his family.
Pros:

The room as well as the breakfast were as expected. I really appreciated the hospitality of Mr. Mohamed and his family. Since it was my first time in Beni Mellal, they kindly offered to pick me up from the bus station, and the next day they even drove me to the faculty where I had an exam.

Pros:

De ontvangst van de host was zo vriendelijk. De host brobeerde er alles aan te doen om ons verblijf te veraangenamen. De matrassen waren prima Het ontbijt, geserveerd op een balkon met uitzicht op de straat was prima.

Cons:

Het aantal stopcontacten was wat minimaal. Niet echt een klacht. Kwestie van organiseren

Bien reçu par le patron mohamed , il à pris mes valises .
Il est venu réglé la télé et m'a donné une grande bouteille d'eau.
Le lendemain matin petit déjeuner omelette pains confiture café au lait impecable.
Avant de partir bouteille de jus de fruits + d'eau.
Un patron d'une gentillesse....
Super petit séjour.

Excellent sauf l'escroquerie de Booking
Pros:

Le service, la gentillesse et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Cons:

Que Booking précise que le paiement se fera sur place surtout que j'ai choisi un tarif plus cher pour annulation gratuite et à ma grand désarroi le prélèvement dur mon compte a été instantané. Ce n'est pas sérieux du tout

It could be some much better with little effort..customer service training would go a long way.
The room as described by others has many faults but it is value for money.
Noise is an issue, I closed the shutters put some music on and all was good for me.
