Ein wunderbar geführtes, sehr schönes Hotel in phantastischer Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, die individuelle Ausstattung des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind wirklich bequem. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch, gesund und schmackhaft.
Der Empfang beim Ankommen und die Betreuung beim Frühstück waren außergewöhnlich nett durch eine reizende Mitarbeiterin!

Cons:

Die Bedienung des Fernsehapparats war nicht selbsterklärend - wir brauchten Hilfe.
Für die kleine Toilettenparzelle wäre eine dicht schließende Tür vorteilhaft.

Na een dag klussen bij onze dochter was dit een oase van luxe en rust. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en ontbeten. Prachtige kamers. Goede ligging. Rustig op straat.

The room was beautiful!

Cons:

We chose Cousins for our stay as the reviews looked amazing! Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as all those great reviews.
Firstly, not a warm welcome. Basically asked if we wanted a drink and shown to our room. Young lady (maybe she was new) wasn’t able to answer any of our questions, for example is breakfast available/included? She said she wasn’t sure. In my opinion something she should have been able to answer. I don’t think she cracked a smile and seemed “busy”. Other than that we received zero information.
Communication wasn’t good, at all.
If you are someone who likes/needs bathroom privacy this room is not for you. Basically a glass door, you can hear any “bathroom noises”.
Also no sound proofing so you hear all noise upstairs, walking up/down the stairs, outside. Which doesn’t make for a restful sleep.

War ok.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ist aber schlecht zu finden. Das Navi kennt leider nicht die vielen Einbahnstraße in Maastricht. Wir sind erst zu Fuß zum Hotel und haben da gefragt wie wir fahren müssen. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist klein und immer gleich. Also nicht für längere Aufenthalte.
Dann kann man auch abends nur sein Zimmer nutzen. Wir wollten gern in den Frühstücksraum um ein bisschen Domino zu spielen der war aber abgeschlossen. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Tisch.
Das zweite Manko war die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Das Laufen der Leute über uns war sehr laut.
Wenn das Zimmer gereinigt wurde hörte es sich bei uns an als seien Renovierungsarbeiten am Gange.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel super zentral. Keine 5 Minuten bis in die Stadt.

Cons:

Die Dusche war mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Das Wasser war sofort sehr heiß. Der Mischhebel nach vorne angebracht. Das heißt während der ganzen Duschzeit extrem aufpassen das man nicht an den Hebel kommt. Was nicht ganz einfach ist wenn man wie mein Mann größer und etwas stabiler ist. Die Kabine ist recht eng. Also einfach mal drehen beim Duschen ist nicht, weil man ja nicht an den Mischhebel kommen darf.
