La camera soffriva di un difetto costruttivo dell'impianto fognario e al mattino ci si svegliava con un cattivo odore
Mancava un tavolo e un'armadio in camera e sul terrazzo non c'era neanche una sedia
Un vero peccato perchè con pochi piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe stato un paradiso.

No hot water, no water pressure,no internet/ TV.
Few staff members and it was difficult to resolve issues. No way to contact front desk.
My room was quite far from the lobby and it was very deserted which made me question my safety.

Seul detail est: pas de pression dans la douche. Certains ont signalé aussi la vétusté des bâtiments. Il est vrai qu ils mériteraient une rénovation mais cela ne m a pas dérangée.
Nous n'avons pas réussi à utiliser le Wi-Fi.5

Bathroom faucet are like 100 years old, shower seems unclean and there are no proper drainage and shelves for even soap

Yo llegue 26 Julio 2025 por la noche y no había personal que atendiera nuestro check-in, al rato apareció un señor que dijo que era el vigilante, como a los 45 minutos aparecieron dos persona hombre y mujer que decían que trabajaban en el hotel y no andaban nada que los identificara como empleados, llame a booking el 26 Julio 2025 para hacer la cancelación me dijeron que hasta que el hotel aceptara la solicitud de cancelación, en ese momento me retire y me fui a otro hotel no use las instalaciones por miedo a que le pasara algo a la familia, el hotel estaba completamente solo, sin huésped y digo porque en el parqueo no había ni un auto, no creo que todos andaban a pie. Llegue al día siguiente al hotel ya en ese momento había personal, pero no eran las personas de la noche anterior. Ellos me dijeron que ya habían aceptado la cancelación ahora tenia que esperar que Booking me devolviera el dinero, hasta la fecha de 13 noviembre 2025 no me han devuelto el dinero. Sigo esperan quien sera el responsable que me devuelva el dinero?

Le está faltando mucho mantenimiento en general, particularmente el área de la alberca está muy descuidada

No glasses/ plates/ cutlery at all, only provided a fridge,coffee machine (no coffee to use in it) & 2 cups.

L'hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Il n'y a absolument rien pour cuisiner ou même juste faire chauffer. Toutefois, ils nous avaient mis a disposition une bouilloire, l'ayant demandé avant notre arrivée.

Not trying to be picky but bathroom door stuck at halfway open...just annoying and should be fixed for safety.
Scary undertow with lots of rocks scattered in the water...be careful when you go in the water!

Pour le tarif, un micro-onde ne serait pas du luxe. Quelques couverts et assiettes serait quand un minimum.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel. They have one of the cleanest beach and lagoon but the hotel people just don’t care about their guests. We booked renovated rooms but besides the lick of paint, new bedding and a new coffee table here and there there was hardly any renovation done to the rooms. The shower and sink were clogged and the toilet was overflowing twice even after maintenance intervention. The TV was not working because of lack of connectivity and the internet non existent in the rooms. We were repeatedly lied about the internet. The rooms are in separate buildings about 4 min was from the Reception and quite isolated. There was no telephone in the rooms so if you wanted to contact reception you could not do it. The hotel seems to only care and cater for the outside day guests. The restaurant was overpriced and the food awful. They got my drink wrong but they would not admit it. The bar and restaurant closed at 4 and for any food or drink you had to drive to the nearest convenient store.
