Extremadament malament, dels putjors hotels. No es mereix ni una estrella. El personal és lo millor que té.
Pros:

El personal és entregat i han intentat fer el que han pogut.

Cons:

L’aire acondicionat és molt feble, no hi havia aigua calenta, no tenien secador de cabell i després d’insistir molt, el van aconseguir (gràcies al personal). No ens van fer absolutament cap gest per comensar res. Molt decebuts!!!

Cons:

La clime ne fonctionné pas.
Il nous ont fais payer l'excursion à la jeep sens nous prévenir que s'était payant part avance.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas au top.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel est impeccable, la vue est splendide. Le staff nous a organisé une visite de la source lala haya, un endroit secret plongé au coeur des montagnes, certes le trajet est difficile mais il mérite d'être visité. Les chambres sont propres et permettent une vue impeccable sur la verdure qui entoure l'hotel. Le personnel à l'écoute, généreux et toujours présent pour n'importe quelle demande.
Hate de séjourner encore une fois dans ce merveilleux hotel.

Good quiet location.
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable.
The location, although remote, is really good and quiet.
A nice touch is that you can have unlimited free bottled water.

Cons:

The wifi in the room did not work.
In the lobby the wifi is unstable.

Off the beaten track with lovely helpful staff, useful for visiting region.
Pros:

Room was good temperature and very comfortable. Very helpful staff at reception.

Cons:

Too close to factory which operates long hours. Entrance to hotel not very obvious on first visit as obscured by factory entrance.

Great experience, I highly recommend!!!!
Pros:

The Hotel was clean, staff were extra professional and super friendly (BIG thanks to Redouane and Laila for all the help, the kindness and constant smiles) , the food was yammyy, the air was simply different so light and refreshing, also we had such an amazing experience visiting the source of Oulmess, for hikers lovers it's such a treat, or by car (ask about this at the reception) which was a discovery<3
