It’s a great location, great pool
I wish the staff weren’t racist towards Moroccans, the foreigners were treated much better than us, even the service was different, it doesn’t feel right when you’re excluded against in your own country! In the future please treat every visitor the same.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Hidden Gem!
What an absolute hidden gem of a hotel! We originally booked just one night, but we were so blown away by how beautiful, tranquil, and romantic it was that we immediately extended our stay for another night.
Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the most welcome surprises was the beautiful bath, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The balcony was also wonderfully spacious, offering breathtaking mountain views that we could happily admire for hours. The large swimming pool was immaculate and provided a refreshing escape, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
The terrace is truly spectacular. With its panoramic mountain views, it's an incredibly romantic setting for a candlelit dinner while watching the sun set behind the peaks. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.
The food was outstanding, fresh, full of flavour, and without a doubt the best we have enjoyed during our travels around Morocco.
A very special mention goes to the wonderful staff, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. The level of service was exceptional. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome.
The hotel's location is also perfect for exploring the area. The Cascades are only a 20-minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. The journey from Aourir to the hotel is stunning in itself, taking you through charming villages and beautiful scenery, with plenty of welcoming spots to stop for refreshments and admire the spectacular mountain views and Paradise Valley.
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality and for creating such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax and recharge. We will treasure the memories of our stay and hope to return one day. ❤️
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was as expected. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would happily come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
L'accueil de Mr Houcine était vraiment chaleureux, ainsi que le service de Mr Mhend. L'auberge est impeccablement propre, l'emplacement et la vue sont très agréables, et la chambre est spacieuse.
l'absence d'option de paiement par carte (TPE). Comme il n'y a pas de distributeur au village, il faut se déplacer jusqu'à Alma ou Aourir pour retirer de l'argent. Avec cette option de paiement, le séjour serait parfait 👌
La piscine ètait salle (plusieurs insecte mort dans la piscine) on a pas pu ce baigner
