A wonderful stay in every detail! The hotel is clean and well-organized, the staff are very professional and friendly, and the services are excellent. I enjoyed every moment here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

L'établissement que j'ai fait la réservation ils m'ont pas laisser entrer a minuit et ils m'ont dit que il s'en plein et ils m'ont mis dehors sans solution a mon problème de nuitée je ne sais pas où je vais dormir car je suis de Casablanca je connais personne a tan tan je suis vraiment choqué de tout ça
I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to the city of Tan-Tan, and overall, the experience was comfortable and pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff welcomed me with a smile and great professionalism, which made me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and all the details about the stay and available services were clearly explained.
The room was clean and well organized, and the bed was very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi connection was stable and worked well throughout my stay, which I really appreciated since it’s important to stay connected while traveling.
The hotel’s location is excellent close to the city center and main amenities, making it easy to reach restaurants and local shops.
As for parking, you can park your car right in front of the hotel on a safe street. There’s also a kind and helpful parking attendant who keeps an eye on the cars, which gives a nice sense of security and comfort.
In short, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place with good service in Tantan.
Although the overall stay was comfortable, there was some noise in the evening caused by a few foreign guests. It would have been better if they were politely reminded to keep the noise down and respect the comfort of other guests.

Déjà j'ai fait une réservation avec petit déjeuner, a mon arrivée on m'annonce que le restaurant est fermé, la clim n'a pas de groupe a l'extérieur y a que le Split mural qui souffle de l'air pourri
c'est une pure arnaque de votre part, je veux dire booking.com, je ne ferai plus de réservation sur votre plateforme et je vais la déconseiller a tout mon entourage.
C'est votre responsabilité de s'assurer que les services proposés sont réels
Overall the room was very clean, the reception
lady was super friendly, she was very professional and did her job properly.
We couldn't sleep at all. There was someone who turned the TV on loudly ( maximum) and left the door open at 4:00 am, no one there to talk with him, at 04:30 am they allowed some people from the wedding to shout inside ( I understand it is a special day for that family and it was just for a short time around 05 minutes), but we were obliged to leave at 05:00 am without breakfast because the tv guy still watching a football game loudly with the door open, the only things we really liked are the reception lady who was very friendly, helpful and very professional + the hotel was very clean and the beds are new and comfortable and the location on the main street ( easy access).
