Un sitio modesto y tranquilo que cumple con las necesidades básicas para estancias cortas.
Pros:

Buena atención en recepción por parte de Maribel, desde su atención vía telefónica hasta presencial en el bungalow. Cordial y amable. Lo más destacable.

Cons:

La limpieza en general del bungalow y las instalaciones exteriores podría estar muchísimo mejor. Las mantas que nos facilitaron para dormir estaban manchadas y tenían un olor bastante desagradable. Parecía que llevan mucho tiempo guardadas, puesto que despedían olor a humedad.

Por otro lado, no nos gustó nada como nos miraba uno de los empleados del bungalow (un chico joven que estaba limpiando la piscina, llevaba gorra) que estuvo durante todo el día que nos hospedamos. Nos hospedamos 3 chicas y las miradas de esta chavo hacia una de nosotras eran bastante descaradas. No debería de mirar de esa forma a las huéspedes, queremos estar tranquilas aunque estemos en shorts o traje de baño porque venimos de la playa. Fue bastante desagradable.

Very run down place, would not recommend.

I’d say the only good thing about this place was there is working ACin the rooms and bed wasn’t uncomfortable

Everything is run down, no updates, bathroom has a window opening to the room/kitchen with no glass, walls are dirty. I booked a 2 bed and 2 sofa beds and got a 3 bed. I had chosed it for a reason. Pool is pretty run down edges are dangerous. Big roach in the bathroom. Mop bucket and broom where in the shower. No shampoo, soap or any towels in the bathroom. Received two blankets for a 3 bed room, not one single thing is not run down. Room had a bad odor that doesn’t go away. They weren’t strict with pool hours and we would here in front of our room people still in the pool late at night. To top it off lady asked me for my ID and never gave it back so now I have to order one since I checked I didn’t have one until after I left.

Cómo me trató el personal desde que llege estuve con una sonrisa

Que el aire acondicionado lo prenden alas 8 pm y lo apagan alas 7 am
Y la televisión no tiene canales nacionales y todos están en inglés recuerden que estamos en México no en Estados Unidos

Good value, great staff
Pros:

This is a great value for the money. It’s a large building with lots of rooms, and almost exclusively Mexican stay here. So I enjoyed that

Pros:

Very old, dated, beds need to be upgraded they were hard. No hand soap. Bed sheets had a rip in them. Staff were polite and kind. English is not understood very well, but they tried their best to communicate using phones with language apps. Very nice little restaurant in side the hotel awesome food. No real pool furniture or lounging chairs.
