Superbe hôtel qui vaut largement un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Petit déjeuner incroyable, nourriture du restaurant exceptionnelle, propreté irréprochable, personnel attentionné, Imene qui s’est occupée de notre chambre était géniale très agréable et souriante, nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse.

Cons:

Ventilation un peu bruyante dans la chambre
Beaucoup de monde à la piscine donc pas assez de transat mais le personnel se démène pour satisfaire chaque client

Je reviendrai sans hésiter, très bel hôtel familial
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment génial à côté de tout, on est juste à côté de la gare et du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner était top tout ce qu’il faut. Après je suis plutôt de la team sucrée le personnel est adorable. L’hôtel est propre ça se voit qu’il est récent et très bien fréquenté. Le Rooftop est très joli. Les chambres sont grande et belles.

The guest services manager was excellent and retrieved my experience of my stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Location for me was excellent a short walk or short taxi ride to all major attractions. The roof garden and pool were good however from late morning to early evening very very crowded not enough space for the number of hotel guests.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a hit or miss experience i needed to ask on several occasions for things like muesli, bread, milk to be refilled/ replenished what annoyed me the most was that there was ample staff available to do these things but it seemed to me that most of the staff were there for their own amusement. The coffee machines were a nightmare very rarely both of them operating at the same time but the staff did not seem to care.

Le premier jour, j’ai dû insister afin que le ménage se fasse correctement, mais elles se sont rattrapées pour la suite.

I would say that the hotel was beautifully modern and the food and drinks and service all around was exceptional !!!
Pros:

In my opinion super location and facilities loved the roof top bar and pool
The staff were all very friendly and the service from them was outstanding!!!

Perfect place if you are looking for a modern place outside of the city hustle!
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities are very nice - modern gym with good equipment, nice pool! Also the breakfast has lots of options, incl. a fresh food station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay at Longue Vie and would definitely recommend it!

Séjour incroyable et memorable
Pros:

Une dédicace très spéciale à Mr Youssef Manssouri qui nous a fait passer une soirée mémorable.

Je venais juste passer une soirée d’anniversaire avec ma famille et mes amis, mais Youssef a transformé cela en un événement extraordinaire.

J’ai vécu dans un rêve du début à la fin.

Je lui suis et serai à jamais reconnaissante.

Désolée pour l’envoi tardif de mon avis.
Mais j’avais très coeur de faire cette mention spéciale pour Youssef, son patron, la manager et toute l’équipe du Rooftop.
