Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

Y+The location is very good, within a 15 walk to the Medina through very pleasant gardens. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the roof top pool nice. although weather precluded us using it.

A wonderful place to stay in Marrakesh !
Pros:

Incredible staff. Nothing was too much trouble . Moma on reception was exceptional.
Location was safe and within easy walking distance to everything . Lovely to walk through koutubia gardens to get to main square and souks.

Cons:

There is a huge difference between the presentation of superior suite rooms . All of similar size but started in dull, soulless room and moved to beautiful garden room .

Petit palais agréable
Pros:

Bien situé, petite balade par le parc pour djema el fna.
Joli petit palais, déco un peu kitch, agréable.
Piscine sur le toit, vue Koutoubia superbe.
Le petit-déjeuner est top.
Peignoirs chaussons kits de toilette, ménage top.

Cons:

Notre suite était un peu décevante, chaque chambre est différente et de niveau très inégal, nous n'avons pas été avantagés.
Rapport qualité prix médiocre.

Un bon établissement pour qq jours :séjour agréable mais qq points à améliorer pour mériter ses 4 étoiles
Pros:

La localisation exceptionnelle , son calme et le personnel discret et à l’écoute ( à part la personne qui porte les bagages et qui ne vous lâchera pas si vous avez le malheur de lui dire que vous voulez faire un tour de calèche 😡😡)

Cons:

L’entrée avant l’hôtel est très négligé .La piscine est vraiment petite.le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux :fruits secs , salade marocaines et surtout les jus qui sont des jus à base de concentré :imbuvables

Pros:

Nice and helpful staff. Accomodation was great and with nice roof-top with pool and view over the city. Garden to relax and enjoy tea. Food is great, additional options available, including esoresso, capuccino. Location close to old town but also to the new part of Marrakech, where great and more affordable restaurants are. Located in quiet area with everything in walking distance. We really ejoyed.

Cons:

There was a door to another room and we could hear the guests although they were quiet. Buy nothing there was really nothing that bothered us.

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement … c’est un petit hôtel , idéalement situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jama el Fnaa ..
Chaque espace de l’établissement est absolument merveilleux, décoré avec goût et orné de multiples objets d art … tout le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous., la literie est excellente, bref, c’est vraiment un magnifique établissement qui nous a émergé dans le charme et le luxe des merveilleux.Riadh orientaux.

Great Location
Pros:

It's a great location, walking distance to anything but not in Medina, so it's sometimes better.
In a room You can find all of amenities, such as toothpaste, shaving kit etc.
Cleaning everyday. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

I would add a welcome mint tea when the guest arrive and also for the breakfast:) we just love it in Morocco. Also the better breakfast coffee option would be nice.

Belles découvertes en ville de Marrakech et bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement qui permet d’accéder à pied au centre-ville, la gentillesse du personnel, la possibilité de manger à l’hôtel !

Cons:

La piscine extérieure n’est pas chauffée, c’est dommage ! Le petit-déjeuner peu varié et souvent non approvisionné ! Pour un 5 étoiles, il faudrait soigner les détails; c’est plutôt un niveau 4 étoiles !
