Las camas tenían animalitos, habitación sucia y vieja, cuando le comente al personal de recepción me dijeron que me cambiaban de habitación o si me quería ir no había reembolso, tuve que meter queja en Profeco

An absolutely lovely stay, that might've been perfected by a bit more organisation
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was beautiful, and Agostina in the kitchen couldn't do enough for us. On the whole, it was a lovely stay.

Cons:

There were some moments where the organisation and maintenance weren't where I would have hoped they would be, but most of the time when issues arose, staff prioritised solving them.
