Old tents + new tents but under construction. Sewage smell. Heating didn’t function in a freezing night.

The whole property seemed poorly kept. The tent/room didn’t seem to be looked after very well, shower door was hanging off the hinge, toilet door was so close to the toilet, you couldn’t actually close it, and the toilet itself wobbled when you sat down because it wasn’t fitted to either the wall or floor. There were loose, dusty ceramic tiles on the floor and there was no hot water in the morning for a nice shower. During the night it was quite cold so we got the thick blankets out, and they smelt terrible, like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. Not to mention the whole tent just rattled all night in the wind, it was quite difficult getting any sleep. Overall, it wasn’t worth it, one night was incredibly expensive for the lack of upkeep.

The room were not clean at all, showers and toilet with lots of stains, no duvet cover or pillow cover, quite disgusting. Then we were told they would not allow alcohol on the premises which contradicts what is on the advertisement.

Internet connection

We found broken doors and windows, it has been pretty much difficult to enter and exit the room.
No hot water in the shower and nobody advised us about it.
We wanted to change the temperature inside the door, but this was not possible because the remote control was not in the room. When we asked for it, we were told that there was one for two rooms and it was already in used by the other room 😅
Before arriving, I asked on purpose if (expensive) transfer could have been paid by card and I received a yes. Once there, they told us that this was not possible, since it was an external agency.
Room and bathroom not really clean.
We were not informed that drinks except water were not included.

The food was everyday the same

Unfortunately, the heaters did't seem to be working inside the room, so that part was a bit of a letdown in the experience. Communication beforehand was a bit hard as well through Booking, but after getting their Whatsapp everything worked fine.

Wi-Fi doesn't work. Air conditioning in the room also doesn't work and the option would be a gas heater, which is very dangerous in that type of accommodation, that are bedrooms (but there were more blankets available to put on the bed).

Unfortunately the wifi was not working during our stay.

Gas heaters gas ran out at night. There was really cold inside. The road to the destination was terrible. Glad, that got my rented car kept moving.

The rooms (tents) require renovation. Some of the things in them definitely need repair or replacement. Starting from the shower door that doesn't close properly, through peeling tiles, to large gaps in the entrance door.

The latter are important at night, because the temperature in the desert drops quite rapidly. You could use the air conditioning to heat the room... if it worked. Unfortunately, we were not given the remote control, claiming that the room would be heated using a heating stove with a gas cylinder. Taking into account the condition of the individual elements of the room, I was very concerned whether the stove was safe... we didn't burn down - that's a good thing.

Wifi - it's good that it is in the description because in reality there was no wifi. We received information that it is a desert and we need to disconnect from the world... it's great, it's a pity that the offer says otherwise, and I would like to contact my children who stayed with the grandparents ;/

The facility advertises a heated swimming pool - in fact, this is the 1st photo you are shown on the booking. Here's a surprise - the pool is NOT heated because... a failure :) Sure. We invite you to use it, but we forgot to tell you that the water temperature is about 13 C.

Dinner - great...if the tagine wasn't burnt. Literally, the vegetables were 1/3 black and smelled of burning.... Oh and the drinks, so willingly offered to the guests before dinner (while we were already waiting for it), for which the facility decided to charge us (without informing us in advance that it was extra paid). When I asked to pay by card (as I didn't have cash because I didn't know that I was being offered something extra paid), the gentleman said that we are on the desert and the terminal (even it was next to him) was probably not working....

The rooms are not so comfortable. The rooms seem half renovated and they are extremely hot and the aircon doesn't work properly. Dinner is lovely but I think the entertainment shouldn't be in your face when you're trying to have your dinner.

The floor of our room was filthy, bathroom was mouldy, the bed didn’t have any sheets just a mattress protector and pillows were small and lumpy. The doors to our lodge didn’t lock.
The owner emailed me with abuse for booking via booking.com rather than direct through the hotel website.
Staff did not speak any English and were not very helpful.
Food was nice but very basic.
Wifi did not work at all.
