Muy mala relacion-precio. No vale lo que cuesta.

Mucho ruido de la calle, habitaciones pequeñas y no cumplen con los servicios minimos necesarios. Muy mala Relacion-Precio. No vale lo que cuesta. Muy saturado el estacionamiento por que tiene un restaurant en el ultimo piso que visitan mucha gente que no esta hospedada.

Pros:

El hotel está bien, aunque el precio está un poco Elevado en comparación de otros hoteles en la misma calle, lo compensa con la Terraza, el servicio de valet parking y el hecho de que tiene varias áreas comunes. El desayuno Buffet es excelente, si uno quiere conocer la gastronomía de Zamora sin tener que ir a varios lugares, es una excelente opción.

Cons:

Los cuartos no están aislados acústicamente, entonces se oye todo lo que ocurre en el cuarto de al lado y en el pasillo. Me gustaría que hubiera cuartos más grandes y que hubieran paquetes con desayuno incluido.

Cons:

I did not like that the room had roaches. I also did not like that the room did not have comfortable chairs to sit in. My husband and I only had one woobly chair in the room. There should at least be two comfortable chairs.

Our trip was a weekend trip to see the beautiful church.
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The Buffet in the restaurant was very good. On site parking was a plus. If we ever visit Zamora again we will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The man at the check in desk is not very friendly. He just gave us our key and didn’t say anything. I think his customer service needs to be better.

Clean and reasonably priced.

The towels could be upgraded and there wasn’t enough lighting in the room. A lap or two would help.
