Big room

Cons:

*4 hotel, no gym, no iron in the room, no cattle in the room, very poor quality of shower gel and shampoo, very poor quality for breakfast in buffet version, from the card Ok, disaster coffee in buffet, staff very unintrested.

Прекрасное расположение, чисто и уютно

Cons:

Завтрак скудный, нам сказали если что-то нужно, нужно попросить. И это странно. За эту цену, официант должен следить за присутствием еды, а не посетители просить еду. Кофе пришлось тоже добывать, тоже просить.

Juste une personne à l’accueil, Mme Anastasia fait en sorte que face mon premier avis négatif !

Bonjour,
L’hôtel est confortable, le personnel est aimable et à l’écoute, comme d’habitude. Étant clients fidèles depuis au moins 7 ans, nous connaissons bien le personnel, qui est généralement très sympathique.
Sauf cette fois-ci- le 31/12, Mademoiselle Anastasia nous a réservé un accueil peu agréable. La chambre n’était pas prête pour nous accueillir et, après avoir demandé un changement de chambre, elle ne voulait rien admettre. Elle se contentait de nous dire que « c’était comme ça ».
Après qu’elle nié tout mes explications, j’ai dû la faire monter afin de lui montrer les problèmes au niveau des châssis de la chambre et manque de chauffage. Après une discussion tendue, elle a finalement accepté d’admettre que tout n’était pas en ordre.

Nous sommes très déçus par ce manque de professionnalisme de sa part.
