Clean, comfortable, close to everything.
Pros:

The breakfast included is divine, what a treat. Really close to the beach, gym right behind 250 pesos a week.

Cons:

No fridge in the room.
The rooms look like the photos but definitely smaller than anticipated.
They let us change to a bigger room though so that was nice.

Brugte faciliteter, ikke sikkert for små børn, levede ikke op til billederne.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var god, centralt med kort gang til restauranter og strand.

Cons:

Værelserne var ikke som på billederne. Faciliteterne var brugte. Badeværelset var af ældre dato. Vi havde booket et duplex men der var ikke hegn rundt om hems eller balkon så jeg vil ikke anbefale stedet hvis man kommer med små børn.

Goed resort!
Pros:

De locatie: dicht bij het strand/centrum. Kamer is ruim, douche en airco zijn goed. Fijne bedden.Als je 's nachts doir het raam kijkt zie je de wasberen voorbij lopen. Ontbijt is prima. Mooi en decoratief resort.

Cons:

Schimmel op de muren en dus een muffe lucht. Verder geweldig!

Super Lage! Frühstück war okay aber etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Schöne Zimmer und viel Charme.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Licht im Bad und die Temperatur des Wassers konnte man nicht einstellen. Leider war kein Föhn auf dem Zimmer und auch keine Minibar. Der Pool war außerdem nicht sehr einladend, da das Wasser trüb war.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur :
Pas d équipements dans les chambres : pas de sèche cheveux,de couverts,de frigo, de micro onde, pour une chambre pour 4 seulement 1chaise, un seul toilette
Petit déjeuner pas copieux sans possibilité de thé ni de chocolat ni de plusieurs choix....
Piscine ou l'eau n' est pas claire du tout, matelas transats dépassés même sale
A l'arrivée le réceptionniste nous demande une taxe environnementale et après vérification celle ci n existe pas...ou seulement pour la traversée en bateau. En gros du vol.
Je ne recommande pas.

La habitación super top ya que tenia doble planta y no escuchaba los ronquidos de mi mamá.

Cons:

Mejoraría el desayuno y la conexión wifi, soy consciente que estábamos en una isla.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff and magical rooms. Pool and breakfast lacking.
Pros:

The staff are so helpful, and the rooms are amazing. They had such a distinctive feel, all wooden, like a dream treehouse. Good location too, a short walk from the beach.

Cons:

The pool was quite dirty, and the breakfast was quite basic - we recommend going to other places on the island. There was quite a lot of noise at night but that feels like just the local area rather than the hotel itself.

Tout était parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter des restos et bars du centre d’Holbox et pour accéder rapidement aux plages.
La chambre était très propre, bien décorée et avec une literie de qualité. Il y a aussi une fontaine à eau, c’est un petit plus qui évite d’acheter des bouteilles en plastique, on peut remplir sa gourde.
Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et le cadre est vraiment chouette.

L'emplacement.
L'équipe en cuisine nous a préparé le petit déjeuner avant 8h car nous avions le ferry tôt, ils se sont adaptés et nous les remercions.
La chambre pour 4 personnes était magnifique.

Cons:

Dommage la piscine n'était pas propre, l'eau était trouble.
