Las instalaciones son preciosas las habitaciones, el ambiente , el color todo es muy lindo tal y como esta en las fotos fue el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi tuvimos una habitación con balcón y era hermosa el hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación sus instalaciones son limpias y cada día nos dejaban una figura hecha con toallas sin mencionar que los jabones que te dejan están geniales ! Huelen riquísimo son como una barra de chocolate y huelen a chocolate 🤗nos atendieron súper bien y el personal fue amable esperamos regresar 🫶🏼

Creo que lo único que cambiaría de este hotel sería la puerta del baño 😅la puerta del baño solo eran palitos de madera (no se ve mal ) pero se escucha todo cuando alguien entra 😅aunque era gracioso pero para más privacidad dentro de la habitación estaría mejor otro tipo de puerta. También podrían hacer un poco más variado el menú del desayuno ya que si lo recuerdo bien solo tenían tres opciones y eran las mismas cada día el sabor no está mal pero si estaría más interesante variar un poco

Excellent choice for a comfy stay in Holbox
Pros:

The highlight was the bed. So comfy. Loved the room decor and the fact the air conditioning was very efficient.

Breakfast was delicious, a choice of some classics and traditional Mexican with coffee, fresh fruit and juice. The 2 water fountains were useful for filling up bottles and the jug provided in the room, meant we didn’t have to buy any water bottles during our stay which was good.

The hammock / relax area was nice. Pool was nice for a dip. Lots of loungers, but not the sunniest spot due to all the trees.

Hotel is perfect location in Holbox. Right in the centre of town right off the main square and about 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

The only (very small!) thing I’d say is that the pool area seemed a bit unloved. Pool full of leaves etc, which I understand with the trees around but could’ve done with a quick brush and pool clean each morning. Pool could do with a good clean of the tiles / repairs of missing tiles. Although the water was still nice and clear.

Some days no cushions provided for sun loungers, which because they are made of wood, made them unusable unfortunately.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Holbox mit fußläufiger Lage zum Strand.

Schöner schattiger Innenhof mit Pool zum entspannen.

Cons:

Frühstück a la cart (daher weniger Abwechslung). Es liegt im Herzen von Holbox, daher hört man das Nachtleben und brummenden Taxis und Motorräder.

Excellent emplacement et personnel courtois!
Pros:

Excellent emplacement ! En famille, cela nous permettait de se déplacer à pieds vers le parc, la plage et les restaurants. La chambre avec deux lits sur le long était efficace pour notre famille et très propre 😊 les déjeuners sont bien également!

Cons:

La piscine pourrait être plus propre, l’eau n’était pas claire. Également, il faut savoir que les chambres sur deux étages sont un peu dangereuses pour les jeunes enfants vu les marches inégales des escaliers. Nous avons fait une demande pour changer de chambre et le personnel a été très courtois et aimable.

Prachtig hotel
Pros:

Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit. De kamer was mooi en het bed erg groot. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de bedjes erbij liggen goed. De locatie is top: alles is dichtbij maar het voelde wel als een rustige plek. Het ontbijt is goed en je kunt uit verschillende opties kiezen.

Cons:

Je moet geluk hebben met de locatie van je kamer. Wij hadden de kamer direct tegenover de ontbijtplek, waardoor we 's ochtends wakker werden van het klaarzetten en het geklets van de bediening.

Pros:

Love the location! So close to the beach and the main centre with so many bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The hotel staff were always so helpful, and the cleaners came every day and did a fantastic job!

The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool with lovely little shutters so you could let the light in when you woke up, and relax in the spacious bed.

breakfast included was a nice touch and something new they had added since the last time I visited.

Cons:

It was quite noisy in our room at night. Could hear people outside quite late and sometimes motorbikes coming past.

I thought the room was a great size, and clean but if I had to say something, I’d recommend doing more with the shelf/desk areas. For example, we had a big shelf/desk area which went the whole way across one of the walls and I think this would be so helpful to add a mirror and a chair so it could be used as a dressing table. If they could add a plug socket here, it would be ideal for being able to dry your hair whilst using a mirror as the only mirror was in the toilet. Not a big deal at all, would just be a nice to have 🙂

A full length mirror would have also been great!

Loved the breakfast but I think more variety of juices and lighter breakfast options would be a great addition. For example, fruit and yoghurt.

Sehr schönes Maisonette Zimmer, bequeme große Betten

Wir haben inkl Frühstück gebucht. Das war ein großer Fehler. Das Frühstück war das traurigste in unserem gesamten Mexico-Urlaub. Man wählt in einem dunklen Hinterhof an düsteren Tischen zwischen 4 Gerichten. Eines davon sind 2 Scheiben Toast mit Marmelade. Die anderen sind mexikanische Klassiker und ganz ok, aber nicht 4 Tage am Stück. Wir sind auch kein Mal satt gewesen und haben uns im Supermarkt nebenan noch Essen gekauft. Das Obst waren einige wenige Scheiben Wassermelone. Das Servicepersonal hat sich kaum sehen lassen und einen mit gequälter Miene bedient. Die Tische waren immer schmierig, das Besteck klebrig, einen zweiten Kaffee musste man sich direkt an der Theke drinnen abholen. Und erntete eher genervte Blicke. Richtig bitter: im Hotel gibt es ein Café. Da lächeln einen die Kellner an, Es liegt sonnig und auf der Karte sind Säfte, Yoghurt, alles was man sich Leckeres zum Frühstück vorstellen kann. Bitter.

Das WLAN ging kaum im Zimmer.

Der Pool war trüb und wirkte schmutzig. Viele Fliesen im Wasser waren rausgebrochen. Ich habe in 4 Tagen nur eine Person darin baden sehen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte achtlos bewirtschaftet.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre d'Holbox à 10 minutes de l'accès à la plage. Très facile d'accès depuis le ferry (5 minutes à pieds).
La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil du personnel.
Étant en plein coeur de l'animation, il y a un peu de bruit le soir.
