Pros:

Super rapport qualité prix. Lieu très beau, calme, agréable et très bien situé, dans le centre et à 3 minutes à pied de la mer. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Personnel très gentil.

Great location in the center , great beds and night rest . Nice swimming pool.

Bathroom floor is always wet after taking the shower , missing any drink service around the pool, breakfast is vert limited choice of options and location of the breakfast facility is outdated and not very welcoming.

Lo más positivo la ubicación.
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y vinieron a solucionarlo pronto.

Cons:

Este hotel no cumple con las expectativas para el precio que se paga. Pagamos alrededor de 400 € por tres noches para dos personas (habitación con balcón).

La piscina estaba súper abandonada, sucia en todo momento. Las hamacas con colchonetas despeluchadas y re usadas.

El desayuno es escaso e insuficiente, solo incluía UNA rodaja de piña y UNA de sandía por persona, y una tortilla.

El personal, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, fue poco amable.

No nos dieron ninguna facilidad para hacer un late check-out y de malas formas. Nos indicaron que como mucho podíamos usar las duchas de la piscina. Que luego además no funcionaban.

El mobiliario es súper antiguo, el baño no tiene iluminación y en la planta baja no había aire acondicionado. El balcón, por el que se supone que te sube el precio de la habitación, tiene las vistas a maquinaria y conductos.

Las habitaciones tienes que subir bastantes escaleras y en ningún momento nadie te ofrece la posibilidad de ayudarte.

En fin, teníamos confianza al ser de la cadena Eurostars, pero la decepción fue bastante grande. Únicamente recomendaría este hotel si la habitación costará la mitad de lo que pagamos.

Fantastic location and comfortable
Pros:

Location was 10/10, very central and in the heart of town, but quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Lovely room with large comfortable bed, TV and daily cleaning. Restaurants, bars, shops all within short walking distance, as well as places to rent bicycles, buggies, etc. and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

Pool area could have been better maintained and cleaner, although difficult with the amount of trees hanging over shedding leaves etc. Breakfast was ok, we only had it once and chose to go out to eat on the other mornings.

Charming rustic hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Our duplex style room was very cool; beds were comfortable and we felt safe staying here. The location was perfect, right in town but we didn't feel it was too loud. We were in the room called "viento" and we loved it. The grounds/pool area were very nice; call it rustic charm! Also, easy walk to the marina, no need for taxi.

Cons:

Room needs more hooks and/or towel bars to hand stuff. After coming back from a day at the beach, everything is dirty and/or wet. That was the only uncomfortable part of the stay, figuring out where to hang stuff to dry. But don't let that be a deterrent - this hotel is beautiful. We ended up using the balcony, the swing seats, and a chair in the room.

Super und sofort wieder. War unvergesslich schön 🤩
Pros:

Alles bestens, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gut mit Kindern und absolute Empfehlung. Allgemein ist Holbox so eine geniale Insel und mit dem Hotel genau in der Mitte kann man alles super erreichen.

Nichts von den negativen Kommentaren stimmt…

Las instalaciones son preciosas las habitaciones, el ambiente , el color todo es muy lindo tal y como esta en las fotos fue el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi tuvimos una habitación con balcón y era hermosa el hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación sus instalaciones son limpias y cada día nos dejaban una figura hecha con toallas sin mencionar que los jabones que te dejan están geniales ! Huelen riquísimo son como una barra de chocolate y huelen a chocolate 🤗nos atendieron súper bien y el personal fue amable esperamos regresar 🫶🏼

Creo que lo único que cambiaría de este hotel sería la puerta del baño 😅la puerta del baño solo eran palitos de madera (no se ve mal ) pero se escucha todo cuando alguien entra 😅aunque era gracioso pero para más privacidad dentro de la habitación estaría mejor otro tipo de puerta. También podrían hacer un poco más variado el menú del desayuno ya que si lo recuerdo bien solo tenían tres opciones y eran las mismas cada día el sabor no está mal pero si estaría más interesante variar un poco
