Pros:

Le cadre exceptionnel de cet établissement avec une vue imprenable sur la Peña de Bernal. La décoration de l'ensemble des parties communes est de très bon goût. Le service du petit-déjeuner très efficace assuré par une dame qui était très aimable et la vue sur le monolithe

Cons:

Le linge de lit assez peu commun (mais c'est un petit détail en comparaison de tous les autres aspects favorables)

Vista espectacular, ideal para descansar y relajarse
Pros:

Que todo esta en perefecto orden para descansar, todos los detalles estan bien cuidados. La vista es algo increible, directamente de la peña de Bernal. Por la noche se ve el espectaculo de luces desde la comodidad de tu habitacion.

Not pleasant.
Cons:

They dont prevent that there are many sharp steps. A class, boutique hotel DOES NOT require you to give a notice of your check out for them TO CHECK THE ROOM, that is quite for a low-quality hotel! They just provide 1 small pillow per person!
While we went to breakfast, the cleaner entered our room, opened a window and took some towels and even left her mobile inside as it rang when we went back to the room, I answered and the caller told me it belonged to the cleaner Lolita.
The sheets are cozy for the weather but quite low quality.

Lovely property and great service.
Pros:

Breakfast was traditional and delicious. Mexican coffee (with cinnamon) A+. Location was great, easy to get to centro - walk down & Tuk Tuk back up. Christian arranged for us and quickly responded to our requests (laundry, wine opener). View of monolith outstanding. Good recommendations for restaurants in town. Beds a little firm, but comfortable. Water pressure in shower good. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.

Cons:

Wifi was spotty while we were there, but that just encouraged us to disconnect and relax.

No lo vale
Pros:

Está limpio y el desayuno está rico pero es poco.

Cons:

No vale lo que cuesta. No es hotel boutique. No sirve la wifi y está lejos de todo, estás aislado. Los que te reciben no son amables y nunca hay nadie en recepción. Pésimo. Caro y sin servicios.

Not all rooms have views
Pros:

Nice breakfast, parking for car was helpful. This was our second (and last) stay. This time the room wasn’t great, the staff didn’t provide receipt and was ghosting us after we checked out

Cons:

The main benefit of this hotel is the location with rooms offering views. Our room had no view, was dark, with a slit for a window. Simple decor plus no view made for a very sad stay. Check if your room has view before booking.

No es un hotel boutique

La vista es increible, la arquitectura del lugar es muy bonita. El masaje, espectacular

Cons:

Primero, no es un hotel Boutique. Parece que usaran el termino boutique solo para referirse a un hotel pequeño, lo cual es engañoso. El servicio fue pésimo, tuvimos que esperar mucho para que nos abrieran el hotel, pues nunca hubo nadie en el front desk. No habia restaurante, ni bar, ni minibar, no habia forma, fuera del desayuno, de tomar ni comer nada. La habitacion es mal decorada, supremamente fria y con una cama incomoda.

En resumen, si esto costara lo que cuesta un hostal estaria bien, pero por estos precios, y con la expectativa de algo boutique, nos sentimos estafados
