Beautiful Blue 💙 Bocana
Pros:

It was a lovely surprise, I was welcomed with professional friendliness, the room was clean, well styled and comfortable. The staff quickly became my friends with their kindness, and helpfulness.
It is a smaller boutique hotel which I quite appreciate. The location is 100 steps to an incredible beach. Local restaurants to eat at, to include a restaurant at the hotel, and lots of beach to walk.
Everything was so so great that I booked an additional 10 days. Perfect place to relax, with quiet noise and the sounds of the crashing waves...

Cons:

When I really enjoy staying at a hotel and the goodness far outweighs any little quirks. I don't feel that it's necessary to say something negative..
Overall it's been an incredible stay I was so happy I made the decision to stay the extra time..
Check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Pros:

Proximity to beach is fabulous. Small village feel. Pleasant & very helpful staff. Great little roof top terrace restaurant open for breakfast & dinner.

ein toller ort um sich auszuruhen. es gibt viele wasservögel und die möglichkeit surfen zu lernen. das personal ist sehr freundlich. die nahe ausgrabungs- und naturschutzstätte wird renoviert, aber der besuch lohnt sich allein wegen der vielen waldvögel.
bocana ist nur mit dem taxi zu erreichen … oder einen scooter mieten.

Charming hotel with very sweet staff.
Pros:

Great hotel by the absolutely amazing Playa La Bocana. Staff folks are extremely attentive and sweet. Roof top has an outdoor seating restaurant facing the beach. You can't get enough of that view. Breakfast was not possible at the time I visited, but I think they are working on it.

Cons:

The room was very basic and quite small. Although Booking.com states that there is an airport shuttle, in reality the hotel only helps call a taxi, which is much more expensive than the normal market price. We paid 190 pesos for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi arranged by the hotel cost 450 pesos.
