La habitación y la alberca, de primera.
La cazuela metálica, mi esposa se quemó levemente al sujetar el mango, deberían dejar guantes o cambiar ese tipo de cazuelas, podría ser peligroso para otro cliente.
Just far enough from the beach, as it was quite quiet. Close enough to grab anything you want including collectivo, food, and beach
There wasn’t really anywhere to hang beach stuff to dry, as it was not allowed on balcony, we did hang on chairs , and created on our line. When making coffee we noticed no coffee filter, hotel didn’t supply one and was told we had to buy our own 🤔

Staff, uncomfortable beds and seating. Broken shower handle, black mould on curtains Staining outside furniture with creosote. Outside area stunk and dangerous to our health

Pool was dirty. Blanca was not friendly.
The resort is OK. The beds are comfortable enough but they do have holes in the mattresses and that needs to be addressed. The staff seemed to be helpful enough . Because of our flights getting canceled, the owner did give us a bit of a discount, but then charged us for an extra night that we were not there.. .
We’ve stayed at the Malaki before, but it seems to have been neglected a bit since last year. The caulking in the kitchen sinks was absolutely disgusting with food from previous guests and mould growing in it . The safe in the room was the size of a bread box which is fine, but it wasn’t even attached to a wall so anyone breaking in could pick it up and walk away with it . The pool was not clean. I don’t believe the pump was working nor was the vacuum. Loaded with sand. The water was not clear. Adding a container of chlorine doesn’t fix the issue . The pool furniture as per the photos is in disrepair slapping a code of stain on isn’t going to fix all the broken boards, the nails sticking out and so forth maybe some new furniture is in order. The padding on the pool chairs is filthy and wore out. The barbeque is totally unuseable by the pool.You wouldn’t dare put food on it.
The location was fantastic most importantly for myself it was very quiet. The building was clean. The staff was friendly and everything worked.
It would be nice if there was a screen on the big patio door, although maybe not practical. A coffee maker definitely needs to be replaced. We didn’t feel safe using it so we did not. Showerhead definitely need to be cleaned as there was various little pressure and more than likely. It was the showerhead, clogged the calcium and one of the handles were broken, but it did still work.
Muy cómodo y sobretodo limpio
Tiene buen espacio en las habitación y las camas son cómodas, de igual manera el baño, cuenta con suficientes toallas y la alberca muy bien! Solo a tomar en cuenta que tienes que subir escaleras
Location and cleanliness
WiFi was horrible and there was no phone service.
Clean and bright , pool was well looked after and heated. Beds were good and very quiet location .
Could have had better pans and cutlery, maybe a couple more bowls would be nice. Room should have had a safe in it .
We like that the property was removed from the street. Being set back on the property kept the noise level down.. essential location close to everything we needed.
We liked the location. The beds were not comfortable though. Also, the noise on several occasions was quite loud and disturbing.
Water pressure was not very good and we had one morning where there was no water from all the hot taps in the room so we couldn't have a shower until maintenance arrived to fix the issue. Hard mattresses.
