La instalación es agradable y cómoda
Very basic room not really much to like.
I stayed one night for the overnight overlay while connecting at MEX airport. A first impression was horrible, finding a homeless person sleeping just on the steps of the door to the hotel. My room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator working. Very hard to access with luggage. Room very basic. Although has plenty of electrical outlets near the bed, but that was about all good that I can think of. Bathroom.. a shower separated from the toiled just with a plastic courtin. After taking the shower all bathroom floor was wet and slippery throughout the night. Very dangerous with slipping hazard. Bed blanket looked like it wasn't changed or washed for weeks. Repulsive! Very noisy neighborhood. Throughout the night a high pitch whistling like noise was going on and off every few minutes and lasted for few minutes making it impossible to sleep, to make it all worse, a loud music started to play in a close neighborhood at 5:00 am. I checked out in the morning even more tired when I was checking in. Waste of money and complete waste of an opportunity to rest.

Realmente todo fue bueno, hasta el servicio a la habitación y la comida era bueno.
El precio, los negocios de alrededor y la comodidad del alojamiento, bien ubicado y check in muy rápido y eficiente, no tuve ningún problema en ese aspecto
Lo único era un ruido que había en el hotel que siempre prendía en la noche, no sabíamos de donde provenía pero parecía como una alarma o algo parecido
El personal es muy amable , me encanta todo , tiene áreas de comida y avenidas principales muy cerca
No tiene aislamiento de ruido , todo se escucha y luego tiran algo de arriba para abajo , pero realmente el hotel es muy bueno , solo que si mejoren la privacidad

Debido a un ruido continuo de las calderas de agua caliente, solicité el cambio de habitación y accedieron amablemente sin peros ni contras ✅️.

En una noche, hubo música algo alta por parte de otro húesped en habitación cercana.
La señal/intensidad de red wifi es buena, sin embargo el internet no suele ser estable.

NOISE, I was not able to sleep at all, and I had a flight the next morning. I think this problem can not be solved by the hotel only by the police. On my floor, there were some thugs getting high and hiring prostitutes (I am latino and I could hear the sex noise and understand their conversations). The front desk lady came to ask them to lower the noise, but they just ignored the old lady. I advice other travellers to avoid this hotel. The worst is that I think thugs use this hotel frequently. When I checked in, the lady cross-checked my name with an in-house black list.
