Hôtel très agréable.
Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins avec vous et très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables et biens équipées.

Cons:

Durant notre séjour nous avons profité de la piscine après le petit déjeuner. Cela dit, aucuns services n’est possible (rafraîchissements ou autres) car le bar était fermé.

Hôtel très agréable à tous les égards
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, confortable, idéalement placé à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le personnel est très aimable. Commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Par ailleurs le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon. Le fait que les serviettes de plages soient fournies et changées dès que nécessaire est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Les œufs au plat / omelettes sont en supplément du petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le tarif. Ce n’est pas une mauvaise surprise dans la mesure où c’est clairement indiqué lors de la réservation et le petit déjeuner « de base » est de bonne qualité. Néanmoins cela fait un peu mesquin compte tenu du standing de l’hôtel. Par ailleurs, le coin cuisine de la chambre mériterait d’être un peu plus fourni.

Ons verblijf was in algemene zin zeer goed!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was best basic. Ham, kaas, koffie, verse croissants, voor gesneden fruit in whisky glas formaat glazen, naturel yoghurt, sappen uit pak, honing, 2/3 soorten vers gesneden brood. Voor de omelet €9,- en verse sju d’orange € 5,- per glas moest je extra betalen. Dat werd bij de locatie verteld.

Cons:

Het personeel (een fantastische medewerkerster) bij het ontbijt was alle dagen uitstekend behalve woensdag en zaterdag. Dan is zij vrij.

Toen liepen een vrouw en een jongeman. Het straalde ervanaf dat ze er geen zin in hadden. Wij bestelden weer een omelet en 2 glazen sju d’orange. Kregen twee longdrinks met sju d’orange en heel veel ijs. Gevraagd het ijs eruit te halen. Kwam hij terug met twee glazen ter groten van een whisky glas dat voor 1/3 gevuld was. De omelet was vrij droog de kleine salade en dressing die voorheen erbij zat was er niet en de reepjes bacon waren half aangebrand. Verder waren een paar stukjes tomaat in een kommetje.

Het afruimen van de tafel gebeurde pas toen wij de tafel verlieten. Dat gebeurde ook bij andere tafels. Wanneer die fantastische medewerkerster is, is alles constant keurig en verzorgd!

De omelet en sju d’orange die wij op de andere dagen kregen van de fantastische medewerkerster waren twee goed gevulde longdrink glazen gedecoreerd met een half schijfje sinaasappel. De omelet was goed gevuld (ui, tomaat etc). Was uitstekend van smaak. Die wij van de jongeman kregen was ronduit teleurstellend.

Ik denk dat hij en die mevrouw met wie hij samenwerkte toen wij er waren andere kwaliteiten hebben dan service verlenen aan klanten! Als zij er altijd zouden werken zouden wij daar NOOIT meer heen gaan!

Bien. Normal pour un petit 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Joli petit hotel bien situé, bien entretenu et calme.

Cons:

Obligation d'appeler l'hotel car le portail était fermé à notre arrivée alors que la réceptionniste était a 10 mètres.
Petit déjeuner uniquement continental avec omelette payante pour un 4 étoiles!!. Il semblerait que les nombreux commentaires tripadvisor ne servent pas de leçons c'est dommage.
Un hotel 4 étoiles sans groupe électrogène sans commentaire.

The Resort is great

A wonderful French vibe stay without going to France! This place is a jewel!
Pros:

This is a beautiful spot tucked away right by the beach in Orient Bay. The accommodations were wonderful, from the pretty and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast served poolside every day. Anne was the most gracious host and gave us lots of good tips about the area. It was somewhat low season so the activity was a little quieter (which we liked) and it was a few minutes walk to small groceries and beach restaurants. It is also about 12 minutes to Grand Case for restaurants and beautiful beaches. A great place to wind down and just enjoy after we had spent a few days on the Dutch side where activity and energy were higher. Free and secured parking too! We loved the whole experience!

Cons:

Some seaweed along the beach - nothing hotel could do about that.

We will definitely return to Palm Court!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent. If you wanted more, you could order it. Juline is an excellent hostess, always had a smile, always ready to please. I liked having breakfast poolside! And the pool was sparkling. It was extremely enjoyable to swim in it. The hotel is surrounded by palms and flowering bushes, which makes it really feel even more 'islandy'. Our room was huge and clean. It also has kitchen facilities to use. I LOVED the balcony, and spent a lot of time on it, especially at night when the restaurant was open. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, several restaurants, and even a grocery store. It is gated, so that made it safe! Everyone that works there is cheerful, knowledgeable, and has a talent to make their guests feel very welcome.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is the fact that even though we hung the 'red' sign out, the maid still came in. Twice.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. Simple fruits and pastries, coffee and juices. Egg dishes were extra . BUT WAIT... Dinner is a MUST!!! Might be the best meal our party of 8 has ever had anywhere EVER!!!!!! The Perfect Egg appetizer and the main Risotto!!
We died and went to heaven!!!!!

Cons:

We tried to come back for that amazing dinner but were not able to swing it in our schedule. Our BIG loss!

Pros:

The most friendly staff and amazing location! Walking distance to the beach and they give you a voucher for beach chairs during your whole stay at a near by beach restaurant. Great breakfast each morning too and our room was always clean
