It was our first time in North Macedonia, but definitely not our last. The hotel owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. He picked us up from the airport and drove us back as well. He speaks English and is genuinely such a sweet person.

He shared interesting facts and stories about different places in Macedonia and was always available whenever we needed anything. We stayed there for three days, and although the room was simple, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

What stood out the most was the owner’s kindness and dedication. He takes care of everything himself, as it is a family-run hotel, and you can really feel the warmth and care behind it.

We will definitely come back!

La amabilidad del gerente. Buenas ubicación. Nos ofreció transporte desde el aeropuerto y más barato que otras opciones. El desayuno lo probamos un día y por cinco euros merece la pena.

Pros:

Goran è impeccabile ci ha aiutato in ogni cosa ed è stato gentilissimo nell’’assicurarsi che fossimo tornati dal Canyon.
La struttura lascia un po’ a desiderare ma lui compensa a pieno
Vicino a tutti i servizi (bar, ristoanti..) e a 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale e dalla zona dei ristoranti

Ok para estadias curtas.
Pros:

- O funcionário que me recebeu foi bastante simpático;
- A localização não é exatamente central. Fica numa parte mais residencial, porém a uns 10 minutos a pé de caminhada da parte mais interessante da cidade.
- O quarto tem frigobar e ar condicionado.

Cons:

- Durante toda a minha estadia, não houve serviço de quarto. Nem mesmo para fazer recolhimento do lixo.
- O banheiro precisa de reforma. Ele está bastante velho, iluminação fraca, tudo molha durante o banho e o armário embaixo da pia precisa ser urgentemente substituído.
- O quarto não é muito confortável. Ele é muito alto e com tudo branco, fica com aspecto de quarto de hospital. É altamente recomendável escolher cores alternativas para a parede e teto, colocar um pouco mais de decoração, um espelho de corpo inteiro e também uma cadeira, além de uma iluminação melhor que dê mais aconchego.
