Une ombre au tableau , dommage
Pros:

Excellent établissement confortable , soigné . Chambres donnant sur l'arrière très calmes avec beau point de vue sur la ville
Situation favorable : restaurants , magasins , et sécurité.

Cons:

La gérante Mme Tina a fait une mauvaise histoire à ma ma compagne malgache à propos d'une serviette prétendue tachée ( ??? Voir photo ) et la lui a fait payer !

Bien placé au centre.

Cons:

Le matelas trés peu confortable car manifestement usagé...Le bruit des travaux dans le couloir... et la responsable peu agréable semblait vraiment très irritée de se forcer à donner des réponses à mes questions!

Pros:

В этом отеле за все время путешествия по Мадагаскару, были самые удобные подушки и самый мягкий удобный матрас!
Останавливались два раза, первый раз окна выходили во двор, был красивый вид из окна, после 4х утра начинает кричать петух! Второй раз остался номер с окнами на дорогу, было шумно, была суббота и рядом были дискотеки до утра. И этот номер был менее уютный.

Cons:

Проблемы с подачей воды, надо спускаться вниз и говорить администрации о проблемах с водой, и ждать некоторое время пока пойдет горячая. Также проблема с напором воды

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La gentillesse des femmes de ménage, l'emplacement, l'équipement ( dont la télé avec toutes ces chaines..) du studio au dernier étage.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique et l'ajustement des fenêtres vitrées...ouvertes , c'est pareil!
L'odeur désagréable quand on laisse la chambre fermée... Et le débit d'eau n'est pas constant ...

>xceptional and comfortable place to stay in the middle of the city! I am a frequent guest!
Pros:

It is a nice hotel in the middle of the uptown city (the best part). Close to everything by walk. Recently renovated. Nice view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Exceptional for the value.
