L’hôtel est vraiment beau en bois à l’intérieur
Le staff est sympa
Le wifi fonctionne

Cons:

Par contre pour les chambres qui donnent sur la Rue ça peut etre vraiment bruyant car pas de double vitrage

Pros:

It is a nice hotel in the middle of the uptown city (the best part). Close to everything by walk. Recently renovated. Nice view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Exceptional for the value.

absolutely terrible experience
Pros:

at least I had room, but not the room that I booked

Cons:

although I booked on booking.com, the hotel gave my booked room to another guest who had refused to leave.
I'm very unhappy about the way the hotel treat me and my booking.
also very unhappy that Booking supports a hotel like this, where the hotel deliberately downgrades a client with no notification at all.

Amazing staff, nice rooms
Pros:

Solid rooms at a great location for a resonable price. The staff were extraordinary and so helpful. They helped us call all the bus companies in Tana for us to get a ticket.

Pros:

The location was great, felt safe and had great amenities for the price. Very cheap! Staff were incredible making sure we got all our needs met. Got us a taxi early in the morning which they didn’t have to! Super friendly
