El anuncio dice solo adultos y había niños cuando llegamos.
la habitación asignada no tenia Wifi y por mas que insistí no me fue arreglada (basicamente el router estaba muy lejos y la señal era muy debil) y era una suite.
No había pantalla en la habitación.
La piscina decía que cierra a las 8 pm y ya estaba cerrada a las 6 pm
No puedes llevar ningún tipo de comida y bebida a ninguna parte del hotel o habitación. Todo debe ser comprado en el "restaurante" que no parece mucho un restaurante y es un lugar donde no me atrevería a comer.
En fin una mala experiencia total. Lo unico rescatable es que ante el desacuerdo pregunté si podia cancelar (aunque ya estaba en el hotel hacia 3 horas) y me dijeron que si y me reembolsaron el total sin problema pero no era la idea.
Neteja bona: fan l’habitació cada dia. Vam estar-hi 4 nits i ens van canviar els llençols i tot.
Esmorzar continental just, no gaire abundant; si vols ous, els has de pagar a part.
Zona de jardí i piscina descuidada. Les colxonetes de les hamaques són velles i brutes.
Poca pressió d’aigua tant a la pica com a la dutxa de l’habitació.

Lugar hermoso, atención calida y amable por parte de todo el.personal. El desayuno muy rico y la comida deliciosa y a un precio muy bueno.
El lugar es maravilloso si quieres is a descansar relajarte, hay mucho silencio, y esta ubicado a solo 3 calles del centro de tepoztlan.
Sin duda mi lugar favorito de ahora en adelante ❤️

La chambre était de bonne dimension, le lit de bon format et confortable. La piscine et les transats très bien. Le personnel accueillant.
L’équipement dans la chambre est de bas de gamme. Un lit immense avec de toutes petites tables de chevet grandes comme deux mouchoirs. Dans la salle de bain, un seul élément d’éclairage nous faisant dos (sur le mur opposé au lavabo); aucune lumière pouvant nous aider à se maquiller ou raser. L’espace entre la toilette et le meuble lavabo fait environ 25 cm (si vous êtes en surpoids, vous aurez un problème!). En guise de tapis de douche, un morceau de coussin de flottaison découpé du y pe normalement utilisé en piscine! Chambre très rustique (ou présentant un certain charme) mais tres mauvais rapport qualité-prix: à 3600 $ MXN on s’attend à un peu de luxe et des équipements de qualité mais ce n’était pas le cas. En anglais on dirait ‘grossly overpriced’! Je ne recommande pas.
