Las vistas del apartamento y la comida del restaurante

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, a las 19h nos entregaron la habitación sucia.

Хотелът предлага удобни стаи в традиционен стил, разположен е на прекрасно място с великолепна гледка към околните планини и в близост до забележителен манастир. Персоналът е изключително услужлив и внимателен. Добра изходна точка за преходи в планината и посещения на интересни села или на Дебър и Маврово.

Ga hier ALLEEN wat eten

Hele mooie locatie. Het restaurant is top met heerlijk eten en mooi uitzicht. Zeker aanrader als tussenstop voor ALLEEN wat eten.

Cons:

Zoals andere reviews aangaven is de focus op het restaurant. Het ontvangst was daarom slecht. We werden eerst naar boven naar het gasthuis gestuurd om daar vervolgens te horen dat we toch beneden sliepen. Toen we weer beneden aankwamen was het onduidelijk wie ons kon helpen. Uiteindelijk naar de kamer begeleid, maar geen uitleg gekregen over het ontbijt of wat er in de regio te doen is.

Gedurende het verbleef verschilde het per ober of je aardig geholpen werd. Uitchecken ging wel goed gelukkig.

De badkamer was vies en de douche liep niet goed door. Ook kwam er ‘s ochtends een riool lucht in de badkamer die niet te harden was.

De beden waren matig en de slopen eromheen leken niet schoon. Ander minpunt was dat je nergens kon zitten als hotelgast zonder gelijk in het restaurant te zitten.

Beautiful location in the mountains
Pros:

Beautiful location, very close to the famous St. Jovan Bigorski Monastery and surrounded by mountains and forest. The traditional stone and wood architecture gives the place a unique atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available directly at the property. A great place to stay when visiting the monastery and this beautiful part of North Macedonia.

De omgeving is mooi zolang het niet overspoelt wordt met mensen en het gebouw ziet er mooi uit.

Cons:

- Overdag wordt het overspoelt met mensen en hadden we geluk dat we konden parkeren.
- Geen communicatie. Onduidelijk of er überhaupt mensen aanwezig zijn en of de deur voor wordt afgesloten. Het voelde ontzettend onveilig.
- Airco maakt een geluid alsof deze van de muur valt.
- Bedden/matrassen waren erg oud en het bed kraakte ontzettend
- Je moet als je er iets wil eten bijna achter het personeel aanlopen. De kamer was niet klaar, terwijl we later waren dan de inchecktijd, waarna we gevraagd werden om wat te gaan drinken. Toen we wouden betalen heeft het 45 minuten geduurd voordat dit gelukt was. Ik moest hiervoor helaas wel naast de balie gaan staan tot twee keer toe. Als we waren weggelopen zonder te betalen hadden ze dat zeker niet gemerkt maar zo zijn wij niet.


- Er zijn betere, veiligere en comfortabelere locaties in de buurt waar je wel welkom voelt.

Konaklama tesisinin yeri muhteşem. Yemek olanakları çok iyi olduğu için civar yerlerden misafirler ve tur şirketleri bu alanı çok kullanıyor. Geceleri çok sakin. Resepsiyon hizmeti yok daha çok misafirhane gibi. Personelin geneli çok yardımsever.

Cons:

Odaları biraz demode ve kullanışsız. Yatak tekstilleri otelin genel havasına göre bile çok eski ve açıkçası yastıkların hijyeninin hiç sevmedik. Havlu sarmak durumunda kaldık. Aydınlatması çok kötü hem yetersiz hemde atölye benzeri çok beyaz ışık var. Biz başka ampul takmak zorunda kaldık. Duş kabini çok kullanışlı değil, kanatları yerinden çıkacak gibi. Su basıncı çok az. Yer süzgeci ve lavabo altından biraz tesisat kokusu geliyor Odada mini bir buzdolabı dahi yok.
