Guest House confortable. Je recommande cet hébergement
Pros:

L'emplacement à proximité du monastère Saint jean Bigorski.
La disponibilité du personnel pour nous aider à résoudre un problème de vibrations électriques.
La chambre calme, propre et spacieuse avec salle de bain privative.
Je recommande cette guest house pour son confort et la gentillesse du personnel

Pros:

La proximité de l'hôtel par rapport au monastère...
L'amabilité de la jeune serveuse en habit traditionnel, qui nous a bien aidé pour nos déplacements en bus vers Ohrid.
Les choix des plats au restaurant.

Cons:

Literie, planche sous le matelas, donc matelas assez dur .
De plus quand on se retourne, ça grince très fort.
Manque un sèche-cheveux.

Urige Unterkunft mit landestypischem Flair
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der direkten Nähe zum Kloster und zu den Duf Wasserfällen war sehr gut. Die wenigen Zimmer (es sind wohl nur 4) sind urig eingerichtet und bequem. Es gibt mehrere Innenräumen zum Essen und einen großen Aussenbereich. Das Abendessen ist vielfältig und landestypisch mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an der Strasse, die aber wenig befahren ist; nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Wlan ist frei und sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für westeuropäische Verhältnisse sehr spartanisch. Wahlweise bekommt man ein Omelett(und sonst nichts) oder Polenta mit Joghurt oder einen Pie. Dazu genau eine Tasse Kaffee (jede weitere muss auch beim eingeschlossenen Frühstück extra bezahlt werden). Das fand ich sehr ungewöhnlich.

El restaurante muy bueno ,

Cons:

Las habitaciones sin calefacción y están más cerradas las ventanas , noche horrible , las maletas hay que subir a mano
No hay recepción
El desayuno un desastre

No recomiendo el hotel a nadie y es la primera vez que hago una crítica negativa porque antes de coger un hotel lo miro y se a donde voy

Venir a comer o cenar eso si es muy recomendable

Great hotel but lacked the details of the booking
Pros:

This hotel is in a fabulous location and the food and wine is superb. I really want to be able to score it higher as with a bit of attention to detail they could so easily be sensational

Cons:

We had booked a room with Mountain View. We were given a room at the back of the hotel with a view of the road! The reception staff’s English was not strong enough for us to be able to explain this. We were supposed to get a bathrobe, slippers and washing machine (one of the reasons we booked here) but had none of these. Disappointing to not get what you book and hence the lower score.

La cuisine du restaurant est vraiment typique et bonne
Chambre correcte et literie bonne

Cons:

Chambre sombre, volets et stores cassés
Pas de service de nettoyage des chambres
Pas de bouteille d'eau, de sticks de café et/ ou thé en accueil
Pas d'insonorisation de la chambre..
Pour avoir une vue, il fallait se mettre à 4 pattes...

One of the best booking experieces in my life
Pros:

Everything was perfect starting from the staff, the rooms, the restaurant, the food, the decor.
The rooms was equipped with air conditioner as well as electric heater.

Cons:

There was no drying fan in the room but they provided us with one upon request.
The bed was croaking a bit, but not a big deal.

Cosy, quiet and comfortable hotel with a great restaurant
Pros:

The restaurant is located just under the rooms so it is very convenient. The restaurant has delicious food. The views are nice. A very quiet location.

Cons:

A little bit run down. Some small repairs needed such as toilet seat.
