I booked a room. When I got to the hotel on Saturday and checked in, the Venus spa girl messaged me saying I could not see her because she was busy studying. I paid for a hotel room for the night and the spa girl cancelled my appointment without any notice. It cost me a lot of money. What kind of hotel and spa are you running?

Staff was always friendly and helping whenever needed.

Cons:

Despite the price of my stay, everyday room service cleaning would have been prefered and I was a little disappointed the swimmingpool was not in use. Other than that, I recommend the hotel for sure and look forward to come back!
