Centrally located 4 star with excellent amenities and staff, great value and service.
Pros:

Clean, well kept hotel with every convenience. Large rooms, excellent temperatures in winter, good hot water, excellent breakfast.
Always one staff member speaking English. Central location CBD, and excellent value for money.
A marvellous business stay, would stay again.

Отличное месторасположение в центре города. До многих мест в центре можно дойти пешком. Доброжелательный персонал. Чисто.

Не вернусь в этот отель.
Pros:

Довольно просторный номер. Хороший завтрак в номере. Приветливый персонал, моментально реагирующий на просьбы устранить недостатки. На жалобу, что в номере очень холодно, принесли обогреватель. Быстро подготовили сауну. Очень хорошая сауна: есть и душевые, и гидромассажная ванна, и комната отдыха, туалет, раздевалка со шкафчиками. Предоставили и полотенца, и халаты, шампунь, гель для душа... Сауну очень рекомендую.

Cons:

Очень холодно в номере. Ковровое покрытие в пятнах, грязное. Стены обшарпанные.Окна грязные.Не было халатов. Совершенно некуда разложить свои вещи: ни шкафа, ни нормальной тумбочки.
Очень не понравился душ, из-за маленькой перегородки пол по всей ванной становится мокрым.Нет ни одной вешалки, ни одного крючочка, чтобы повесить полотенце.
Завтрак вместо 8:00 принесли в номер только в 9:00.

Pros:

This is a very well located hotel in UB from where you can walk anywhere central in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The staff could be friendlier. The hotel lacked the warmth in my opinion. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and not that welcoming at first. It got better towards the end of the stay.
