가라판, 마이크로 비치 접근성 최고였습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 숙소 시설도 만족스러웠어요. 다만 위생면에서는 좀 실망 스러웠습니다. 물때 머리카락 그대로 있었고 꼬질꼬질한 러그,쿠션....
아이가 있어 침대 가드 요청했으나 가드가 너무 부실해서 가드역할을 제대로 하지 못했어요..

가라판 상권 이용이 편하고, 리조트에서 마이크로비치가 바로 이어져서 해질녘 노을보는 것과 아이랑 모래놀이 하기 좋음.
매일 이루어지는 룸청소는 쓰레기통 비우고 수건 교체가 끝인 듯. 발바닥 까매질만큼 바닥이 더러웠음. 침대가 높은데다가 침대가드는 부실하고 잘 빠져서 영유아에게 안전하지는 않음. 리조트 내 키즈풀이 폐쇄중이라고 예약시 인지하도록 공지가 이루어졌으면 함.
We stayed at the crowne plaza hotel Saipan for Christmas and year year. The location of the hotel is very convenient (close to the beach, restaurant, etc.). The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are nice. The hotel offers a lot of amenities and activities. We would stay here again.
We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for six nights over new year, and it was the perfect vacation!!
Not only is the location of the hotel amazing with the beach right in front of you, we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.
Our room was very comfortable, and well looked after by the house keeping team each day. The ocean room view is definitely worth paying for if you can!!
There are multiple pools with lots of shade and sun loungers, and we enjoyed the range of activities the hotel offers too. We did kayaking, flower crown making, watched the fire show and so much more. There’s also a 24 hour gym which is well-equipped for most things you could want to do.
The cafe, bar and restaurants in house all offered delicious food and drinks, which we probably enjoyed a little too much…!
This is all without mentioning the incredible show that was put on for new year itself. The whole atmosphere was so much fun, with the fire dancers, fireworks, bbq, photo zones and everything else. It was the best way to ring in 2026!
I can’t imagine how much planning and hard work goes in to executing these holiday events, so thank you everyone for your hard work! The staff are amazing!!
All of the staff members were super friendly and helpful, but I want to give a particular shout out to Ken in the bar, chef Carlo on the egg station at breakfast, and Tracy in the cafe. Thank you to all for making our stay so special. We hope to come back again soon!! ❤️❤️
Scenery , close to everything
Location is good. The grounds and rooms are well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the IHG Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan was wonderful, even before we got yo the resort. With our flight landing very late, the hotel staff arranged a taxi for us. Seeing a gentleman holding a sign with our name right after immigration was best welcome imaginable—true five-star hospitality!
The resort itself is wonderful. Every member of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options. We had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Chris.
The Crowne Plaza Saipan doesn't just meet expectations; it blows them out of the water.
This hotel was relaxing and accommodating to what I needed. Beautiful beachfront hotel with relaxing vibes. Nice show and good food. Just wish there was more music. I had to walk over to the other hotel each night to hear good music.
Beautiful hotel with nice views of ocean. Lots of little deals to enjoy such buy coffee get a mini pastry, 2for 1 ice cream on Fridays. I really enjoyed the dinner show. Good food and entertainment. Breakfast was a little underwhelming for price. Great location to visit other areas if you have a car. Very polite staff. I would return if I came back to saipan

The staff is professional and courteous. The service was top-notch. We will be back. From the Terrace Restaurant to the maintenance staff to the front desk - everyone was nice, friendly and helpful.
Fantastic resort! Every amenity you can think of, immaculate grounds, rooms were VERY comfortable. Staff are incredibly polite and warm. A great many restaurant offerings, altho a bit pricey. Overall, a FANTASTIC stay and I shall be back!
