L'accueil des agents. Aimable, très bienveillan et attentionné. Aussi bien au comptoir d'accueil qu'au restaurant à l'occasion du petit-déjeuner.

Presque rien.
La baignoire... on aurait préféré une douche. Difficilement accessible pour notre maman très âgée
