Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...

Cons:

Bin allein unterwegs. Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, Vieles funktioniert nicht. Zimmer sind winzig. Kein Lift. Kein Internet im Zimmer. Musste Zimmer 2x wechseln. Zuletzt hab ich das große "Familienzimmer" im Erdgeschoss (mit Aufpreis) genommen. Dort: TV Gerät ohne Ton. Klima-Bedienung funktionierte nicht, hab Klima manuell ein- und ausgeschaltet. Booking Preis (ohne Frühstück) für das "Superior" Doppelzimmer war 115 Eur (4 Nächte). Bei check in mußte ich schon 122 Eur zahlen und zuletzt für die 4 Nächte im "Familienzimmer" mit Internet !! und ohne Frühstück sogar 180 Eur (+56%)...

Good location, comfy big bed, nice staff.
Pros:

The Hotel is in a good location. First impressions are a bit apprehensive as it feels dark and there were a couple of mosquitos. However the room is big, the bed is comfortable and the aircon works. I had everything I needed. It doesn't feel totally mosquito free, but it was quiet to sleep and the aircon seemed to keep any mosquitos away. The location is really good, the streets near the hotel and away from Jonker Street were interesting and quieter to explore. Staff were helpful. The entrance is confusing, you need to walk to the side of the main entrance and not through the reflexoligy place.

Cons:

One or two mosquitos, strange adjoining doors, bathroom window does not close. But overall it is OK to stay here.

Pros:

The room was clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors. I give 5 stars for the room condition—very comfortable and tidy.

Cons:

I would like to suggest changing the current blanket provided. The blanket is very thick, which may be suitable for colder climates, but not for a non-snow country like Malaysia where the weather is generally hot and humid. Even with air conditioning, the thick blanket can feel too warm and uncomfortable.

It would be more suitable to provide a thinner or more breathable blanket that aligns better with the local climate. This small change could greatly improve comfort for guests.

Great location and value
Pros:

I like its location and good prices on its rooms. Friendly staff. If you manage your expectation, this hotel is great.

Cons:

Nothing much in general. If I've to pick something bad, maybe the room is a bit old? Actually not much to complain about.
