Very pleasant hotel near airport
Pros:

Airport transfers included. Warm greeting when met and comfy air conditioned vehicle. Welcome friendly and a drink on arrival. A lot of smiles. Room was spacious, ample hot water, toiletries and towels. Air conditioning sufficient. TV, mini bar in room. Buffet breakfast of local cuisine and international. Staff willing and friendly, again with smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here again. It is close to the airport too. Small gift shop and a restaurant that seems well used. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

Personally nothing. It was a very pleasant stay with friendly staff and we will return again

Es ist ok
Pros:

Wir waren im Rahmen des Nahostkonfliktes 02/2026 in diesem Hotel untergekommen, da unser Heimflug gecancelled wurde. Die Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt, ein neuer Bodenbelag im ganzen Hotel würde Wunder bewirken. Im Bad ist der Abfluss der Dusche nicht abgelaufen, was dazu führte dass der Boden im Bad ganz nass wurde, die Toilettenschüssel war schräg und der Duschvorhang nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. Da Ramadan war, haben wir uns das Abendessen aufs Zimmer liefern lassen. Es war preisgünstig und gut.
Das Beste waren die Betten, wirklich sehr sauber und unglaublich bequem. Wir haben alle so gut geschlafen.
Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen wurde gut organisiert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unappetitlich sowohl von der Auswahl und Präsentation als auch von der Sitzmöglichkeit (Plastikstühle, fettige Tische), das gesamte Ambiente war nicht ansprechend

Close to airport and very efficient airport transfers.
Pros:

Very close to airport, 10 minute drive, staff very friendly and helpful, the airport transfer was very efficient both ways.

Cons:

We arrived during Ramadan and there was no where for us to eat until 8pm in the evening, we arrived at 2pm.
We have full respect for their religion, but I felt they could have at least put some fruit and snacks in the room to allow for this.
They did pack us a breakfast to take with us in the morning as we left before the restaurant was open.

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта, поэтому мы его выбрали и ничуть не пожалели. Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, готовый во всём вам помочь и сделать ваше проживание максимально комфортным. Нас встретили в аэропорту, созвонились с нашим отелем на острове, договорились о времени и месте трансфера и отвезли к катеру на следующее утро точно ко времени. Большое спасибо!
Номер просторный, кровать большая с удобным матрасом и хорошими подушками. Мы отлично выспались после долгого перелёта. В ванной комнате есть всё необходимое. В номере так же имеется чайник и вода.
Хороший завтрак, особенно понравился омлет и кофе был очень вкусным.

Cons:

В номере все розетки только британского типа G (три плоских прямоугольных контакта), берите переходник, ну или попросите на ресепшн.

Менеджер кто нас встретил, он всегда улыбался что вызывает огромное спокойствие. Не знаю как его зовут,он носит очки

Есть пару моментов:
1. Подушки жёсткие и они дали все лишь 1 подушку на двоих
2. Нету у них гибкости и чаще сотрудники из ресепшна не знают что сказать и всегда требуют подождать чтобы узнать что-то.
3. Они не предоставили 10% скидку на еду, что обещали и даже не озвучили, что вызывает недоверие персоналу из-за незнание информации, что очень плачевно

Отличный завтрак. Хорошая звукоизоляция в номерах, везде мягкие ковры. Большие номера. Бесплатный трансфер от/до аэропорта (или парома - смотря откуда вы едете). Ночевали 1 ночь перед вылетом.

A very very good hotel all round
Pros:

Breakfast was good and meet our expectations. Location was good too, everything we need was within walking distance.
Hotel was responsive to my several queries prior arrival, airport transfer was smooth. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful. Food are tasty. It was excellent overall

Bad attitude of staff

Near to my meeting location

Cons:

Reached early but despite of availability they didn’t provided room and that also at 11 am with 30% extra room charges. At 8.30 am they told me that at extra 30% they will give me early check in but at 9.30 am they told me that 30% extra is for at 11 am and if you want now you have to pay 60% extra which is ridiculous and so unprofessional

Tudo muito bom… mas muito especialmente o cuidado dos funcionários! O transfer do aeroporto para o hotel foi incrível, o funcionário ajudou-me em tudo o que foi preciso, tratou-me de activar a internet, levantamento de dinheiro, tudo o que foi preciso tratar para quem acaba de chegar, foi de facto muito profissionais, cuidadoso e empenhado.
No hotel os Funcionarios foram também incríveis, precisei de um medicamento e disponibilizaram-se imediatamente para ir à farmácia para me ajudar a tratar do assunto… impecáveis e adoráveis!
Parabéns pela qualidade do serviço de recepção e transfer, impecável!!!!
As instalações e o pequeno almoço são excelentes.
Obrigado e recomendo vivamente!
