Good economical hotel close to bikini beach and harbour
Pros:

Staff were excellant in arranging pick-up from ferry and drop-off at airport. They also run their own excusions even for one person!
Bed was one of the most comfortable in 5-6 weeks of travelling
Beach towels and snorkling area were available at no charge.

Cons:

Not a fan of the sandy beach interior.
Bathroom had a lingering odour.

Pros:

We stayed here from 28.12.2025-05.01.2026, 3 friends. Good place to stay, close to everything. Beautiful beaches, good food. Babu, the host, was nice and helpful with everything. I recommend this place.

Великолепное расположение, близко до пляжа. Хозяин очень приветливый. Встретил у причала, вызвал транспорт, чтобы отвезти рано утром в аэропорт. Вместо завтрака с собой очень рано приготовили хороший завтрак! Удобно останавливаться для дайвинга, на экскурсии в Ханифару Бэй. Очень близко к пляжу и порту. В номере чисто, номер большой на втором этаже. На балконе можно пить кофе. Внизу есть кипяток, чай, кофе. Спасибо большое, все очень понравилось!

One of the best times in my life
Pros:

I spent 2 weeks at the violet inn and I can highly recommend it. Thanks Wilson, who managed all (inkl. Pick up airport, transfer to airport) and Babu the cook who prepared me as a vegetarian a phantastic vegetarian dinner every day. For breakfast you can choose international or Maldivian style. They offer toast, butter, marmelade, eggs, tuna, bread, orange, apple, coffee, tea.. Both guys were very friendly and helpful.
I had a very nice spacious room with a new bathroom on the first floor with access to a shared terrace with view to the ocean. Der room service was also perfect. Wifi worked every where in the hotel perfectly.
I will also recommend Afu and his guide. They give you actual informations about the places where Mantas and Whalesharks are seen. I had a few unforgettable boat trips with Afu.. It keeps unforgettable.
I were so so lucky to swim with 100 + Mantas and 7 whale sharks. It was the best I've ever experienced under water.
I'm more than happy and more than grateful for my beautiful stay on Dharavandhoo in the violet inn hotel.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra obsługa, korzystaliśmy z dwóch wycieczek na rekiny wielorybie i manty. Super wycieczki - polecam. Plaża blisko, chodziliśmy na boso, leżaki i ręczniki prane codziennie. Wszystko na miejscu było zgodne z opisem. Transport łódką też załatwili, a samolot na koniec pobytu też. Nic nie musieliśmy same robić, wszystko załatwił hotel. Jesteśmy zachwycone!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es gab alles was man so braucht.

We had a lovely 9 night stay at Violet Inn and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Location was perfect (central) between bikini beaches and harbor and restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast available every morning.

Cons:

We liked it all. Only thing that we would have preferred was a little more space in rooms for sitting or luggage. But we were there for diving/snorkeling so didn’t spend much time in room anyways.
