Pros:

The Location is very good and convenient. Walking distance from the jetty and walking distance to shops or restaurants. A location that easily get grab. Room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. There are water dispenser for us to refill drinking water. Staff are friendly and helpful and did their best to assist us and keep us update.

Cons:

I think providing the most basic toiletries are very important - shower gel / soap and shampoo; no shampoo provided. I do understand that some budget hotels do not provide hair dryer in the room but should at least allow guest to borrow the hair dryer from the reception counter and return after use. The light in my room is not bright enough.
