Casual comfort
Pros:

We loved the property’s pool and hot tub. It was wonderful to have access to both, especially on days the waves at the beach were a bit too strong for us!

Pros:

Un lugar muy cálido, limpio, cómodo, me gustó mucho, la playa a 10 min caminando pero el lugar se presta para no querer salir y solo querer descansar, buena comunicación y excelente servicio.

Pros:

It's a nice building , the room and amenities were clean. The room and the bed was so much smaller than we expected , but overall was clean and comfortable.
They have filtered water in the amenity but not cold , but we had a fridge in the room

Cons:

Having the Tissue or paper towel and body lotion, would be nice.
The only thing that bothered me was seeing lots of big Gecko (lizards) during night on the wall in the common areas but not in the room, at least we didn't see them in the room
However, seeing them right at the room door outside made me so scared and I couldn't sleep well because of having fear of them.

El mejor lugar en San Pancho
Pros:

El lugar es precioso, la alberca está climatizada y eso es una gran ventaja cuando quieres usarla de noche, el jacuzzi increíble, incluyen toallas para la playa y hay múltiples zonas donde sentarse a platicar. El personal es sumamente amable, están en comunicación constante y me encantó que tuvieran agua para beber en todos los pisos.
Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación está algo pequeño pero se entiende al ser un hotel boutique. Y la iluminación dentro de la habitación está un poco incómoda para tomarse fotos.

Chambre et salle de bain impeccable avec eau chaude. Lit confortable. Emplacement juste à l'écart du bruit.

Cons:

La récupération de la chambre est ardue. Seulement par internet. Porte avec un code. Pas de communication avec le locateur. .

Pros:

Location was good, everything you needed was a 2 min walk onto main road. Quaint shops, cafes, restaurants, grocery store, only 10 min walk to beach
Quiet neighborhood. Small pool but refreshing

Cons:

A couple Loungers at the pool would of been nice
Roof top hot tub needed cleaning!

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

It was quiet and clean. The coffee provided was great. We appreciated having clean drinking water. The first housekeeper was very helpful.

Cons:

It took took too long for the hot water to heat up for the shower so a lot of water was wasted. From the photos we assumed there were some common kitchen facilities.

Great stay in San Pancho - clean and comfortable room with the necessities in a central spot
Pros:

I really like this hotel - it was comfortable, quiet, clean, and simple. They provided fresh towels for the pool/beach, fresh purified drinking water, were responsive and super nice, and it got the job done. I'd stay again! Also, it was in a good location and had an Airbnb feel, which I prefer. It was perfect for what I needed and I liked it. They also provided really great recommendations for restaurants - the best ones in town I'd say. And a great taxi driver.

Cons:

The wifi was slow-ish in the evenings and the shower took some time to warm up, but they let you know this beforehand. I found it never got super hot. Neighbors were also playing loud music by the pool. Kind of a bummer since I was working some evenings. Not the hotel's fault. Lots of paperwork though, it seemed, to be signed before check-in...which always makes me a bit nervous. And it was a digital check-in. So communication was slow even though they always were great with responding. Overall, these are minor inconveniences for a nice stay.
