Great views and old school charm
Pros:

Loved having easy and plentiful parking. Especially with on site charging for our EV. The location and views from our room were great and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the fjord views from.

Cons:

The room had a slight smell at first as though it had been a smoking room in the past, we were able to air it out quickly so not a huge problem.

Passe rom med utsikt mot sjøen . Klaga på middagen som var sjøsalt fisken drukna i saus Men ikkje stort rom for å vera superia rom . Hyggelig personale

Cons:

Grønnsakene var alt for mykje salt . Lukta gammalt . Sjekka derfor ut 1 dag før tida.

Nearly perfect.
Pros:

Everything. Looked a little old and worn from outside but it was just slightly dated and inside was immaculate. Clean, good repair, comfortable. Dining room was also immaculate with incredible dinner buffet and a view of the fjord. Service was terrific. Room had a balcony with fjord view. Had not known what to expect when I made the reservation and was a little concerned, but the place was one of the highlight hotels of a very memorable Norway trip and I unhesitatingly recommend this.

Rooms were dated, there was this unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty and had not been vacuumed in a while.

Excellent hotel we had lovely room with balcony which we used on arrival and next day. Buffet at night very good and good breakfast buffet
