Pros:

I booked a room for two people, and we were originally assigned a room on the third floor. While we were walking up the stairs, a male Indian staff member noticed that my friend, who is on the heavier side, was having difficulty climbing the stairs. He kindly and thoughtfully upgraded us to a triple room on the second floor without any hassle.

I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtfulness shown by the staff. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the hotel team, especially the staff member who assisted us with such professionalism and care. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

lokasi strategi tengah pekan. banyak kemudahan terutama kedai makan boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki. tilam dan katil selesa. ada sediakan sejadah untuk kegunaan muslim tp penanda arah kiblat tiada.

Cons:

kebersihan dalam bilik. terdapat sisa sampah keluar dari bawah katil.. means kebersihan sangat kurang ditikberatkan. langsir berdaki dan bertahi lalat. plug point terhad.
