Reglamento jacuzzi mal hecho

Estábamos ( mi esposo, yo y mi hijo mayor de edad) en el jacuzzi junto a 3 señoras con una bebé de menos de. 1 año. Todos disfrutando sin problemas y llegó el guardia a sacarnos porque era jacuzzi familiar. Las reglas no son claras. Significa que si no tengo hijo menor de edad no puedo estar ahí? Saco a las otras dos señoras porque no jban acompañadas de una menor de edad y solo dejo a la señora con la bebé, cuando supuestamente solo mayores de 5 años se permite. No hubo criterio para esa indicación. Arruino un momento muy ameno familiar sin razón alguna. Muy mal hecho y sin criterio. Reglamento poco claro

Overall, my stay at Hotel San Nicholas was good. The hotel itself was nice, everything was clean, and I was happy with the accommodations.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a completely different story. The staff made what should have been a simple and welcoming process into a nightmare. It was frustrating, stressful, and honestly not the way you want to start a hotel stay.

Once we got past the check-in issue, everything else went well and I enjoyed the hotel. I would consider staying here again, but I really hope management works on improving the check-in process and customer service at the front desk. A better first impression would have made a huge difference in my overall experience.
