Great facilities and location!
Everything was great!
No hice tanto uso de las instalaciones, pero en ubicacion, que cuente con amplio estacionamiento, habitaciones comodas, con los servicios y utencilios necesarios
Solo en una parte de la regadera tenia algo de suciedad

The prices were too expensive to be Mexico. Room service was too expensive. Bathroom smells like crap and the water to shower is salty the water temperature when showering is not consistent. Will not be coming back to expensive for so many inconveniences.

The people of the reception there was a person a women that has like a ponytail I know that she work in the morning but was very disrespectful because I was saying that someone on the phone told me that the max for room was 5 and they want us to charge us for extra money something that never told us and I pay the extra was not the problem the problem was that person start to talk us back The only thing that I tell here be more professional because the information the hotel give me in the phone was different
Me gusto la piscina, está muy agradable. En el restaurante fue todo muy bien, me trataron excelente y muy atentos, 10/10.
Deje mi aviso de que podían realizar servicio en la habitación, cambio de Toallas, camas etc. pero no pasaron.
Great location
For a place that has such hot weather you would expect the entire hotel to have AC not just the rooms, hallways were super stuffy and hot.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, bonitas y modernas, buena señal de Internet y suficientes conectores. El área de alberca limpia, todo muy ordenado y sobretodo muy familiar el ambiente.
