El hotel está bonito bien ubicado y limpio
El encargado del hotel realizo una fiesta con gente externa música muy fuerte y vocabulario ofensivo, y hasta las 5 am no pude descansar, no hay respeto hacia los turistas
Es gab ein großes Bett und die Damen in der Küche und von der Reinigung waren sehr freundlich.
Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an nicht willkommen. Es war niemand an der Rezeption und es gab auch keinen Check-in, was wir sehr unprofessionell erlebt haben. Es war eine große Gruppe an Gästen vor Ort, die anscheinend ein Nahe-Verhältnis mit dem Betreiber hatten. Die Gruppe besetzte dann sowohl Pool als auch Küche für sich. Der Betreiber war sichtlich verlegen und die Situation war ihm unangenehm. Trotzdem hat er nichts zu unseren Gunsten unternommen. Im Gegenteil. In der Nacht hat die Gruppe lautstark gefeiert, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Am nächsten Tag habe ich ihn darauf angesprochen und gebeten, dass wir zusammen eine Lösung finden um unsere Buchung vorzeitig zu beenden. Der Betreiber hat von der lauten Nacht gewusst, angeblich hat er sogar selbst dort geschlafen ohne einzuschreiten! Er war dann aber für sein Fehlverhalten nicht einsichtig. Er wollte uns lediglich ein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Das Geld für die weitere Nacht hat er uns nicht refundiert. Wir sind trotzdem abgereist aus offensichtlichen Gründen. Ich habe den Fall nun auf booking.com gemeldet, mal sehen... Absolute Nicht-Empfehlung!
We had a wonderful time at Hotel Bajito Bay. Our room had an ocean view and the sounds of the surf created a peaceful atmosphere during the day and especially at night. The beach is just a five minute walk from the hotel.
Our host was always responsive when we had questions or wanted suggestions. For example, when we asked about where we could have massages, he recommended a local spa nearby. When we learned the spa was no longer open, we were able to arrange for massages in our room. That was quite luxurious.
The staff at the hotel were lovely. If we wanted a full breakfast, Jasmine created delicious meals including fresh fruit and juice along with eggs and french toast or a variety of other dishes. My partner, Nick, celebrated his birthday on the last morning, and while we were eating breakfast downstairs, Jasmine went to our room and arranged flowers and petals on the bed spelling out Happy Birthday. Nick was touched by her creativity and kindness.
On most mornings, we made breakfast for ourselves in the open air kitchen on the 3rd floor of the building. There's a refrigerator and stove in the kitchen, so we could have our usual yogurt, fruit, and granola or whatever we wanted. We enjoyed having access to that space whenever we chose.
The hotel isn't in the middle of town, and that was fine for us. We walked to restaurants that were nearby, and always found a place with delicious meals.
We highly recommend Hotel Bajito Bay.

Being right across the street from Bajito bay and being able to walk along the beach was perfect. The property was so well thought out, and being able to sit on the upper level of our building and see and hear the ocean was perfect. The pool was great to hang out in and around as well. The owners were awesome at communicating and responding to our requests.
The only negative thing we experienced was being awakened each morning at 8am by the groundskeeper using a leaf blower to clear the area around the pool.
Awesome hospitality and excellent facilities. Very nice and laid back people to deal with. Every building has a really nice rooftop kitchen and there are wood fire stoves available also. Pool area is really nice as well. I would highly recommend.
The facility is about a 15 min walk to the south of town center. We rented bikes so it was no big deal but if you do not plan on any kind of transportation, the walk might be a bit much in the day’s heat. They did come and pick us up with the Ranger when we dropped bikes off so that was much appreciated. I think they do rent the Ranger out also.
Great room's, views and property. Place had great open shared kitchen facilities. The owners were super friendly and helpful.
The kitchen could use a little update in terms of how items are stored and laid out but they all worked well and as we had the place to ourselves it was great. If the facility was more booked up I could imagine the kitchen could be a little tricky to use.

Grounds, setting, rooms, third-floor common space with fantastic views. Beautiful pool and generally peaceful and quiet.
The location in relation to town was challenging, without easy access to transportation, especially for an 83 year old who was part of our group. Closest restaurant for breakfast was a half mile walk, one mile round trip. Walk to town was a mile. We were there for 12 days and with no car or easy access to taxis, it wasn’t ideal.
I loved the top floor area where the view, the breeze and the atmosphere was superb.
I would have preferred to have a small refrigerator in the room and not a TV.
