La ubicación
Tiene perros y el último día uno me quizo morder y limpian el patio entre 10 y 11 de la noche, la calle tiene poca iluminación
The place is beautiful. The Host super nice .
I had a room with view to the ocean , fabulous.
Loved the bidet toilet as well .
Etsá bien ubicado y es muy traqnuilo
Es difícil encontrar el lugar, la verdad es que no era el lugar más limpio del mundo, hay cucarachas y la verdad no es un lugar en el que terminamos de sentirnos cómodos.
Peaceful, green, fantastic view!
All good
The hostess is a very kind and helpful woman — she exchanged cash for us upon request and even offered her scooter for rent. The room was small but cozy, with windows facing the sea. The view was absolutely stunning — you can both see and hear the waves and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The balcony had a hammock and comfortable chairs, and we honestly didn’t feel like going anywhere else — we spent a lot of time simply relaxing there.
The temperature in the room was very pleasant thanks to the ocean breeze. With many windows and a tree growing right by the corner, it felt like we were living right in nature — a feeling that’s especially precious after being in a big city. A wonderful place to breathe, unwind, and recharge.

Everything! It’s really spacious and clean!
Nothing, I had a wonderful stay!
Great location, room as described
No air con is a big con of this place, especially at night time. Not the most clean
Amazing views! Unbeatable in Puerto Escondido
The entrance is Slightly cluttered but if you stay in your floor it has little to no affect
Everything, the host, the place, the location. Everything was fantastic
I loved the warm feel yet breezy nature of its architecture
Beautiful views and lovely people, I saw a humpback whale from my balcony😊
The view
Overall, the location of the guest house was great for our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach, the main strip, and many cafes. It is a distance from the Zocalo (town center), but you can grab a taxi fairly easily. The Senora was kind in the limited interactions we had with her. Our main contact Brigit was quick to respond via Whatsapp leading up to our stay.
Our review is specifically for the ground floor room we stayed in (double room, no sea views). A few things came up during our stay, some mentioned by other reviews (rustic, spartan, etc). First, we arrived after dark and it was a bit challenging to find the guest house despite having the address. That night, there was not an exterior light on and there was not a sign indicating the guest house as in the listing pictures. Upon arrival, the space felt a bit unwelcoming. Again, we did arrive after dark, but there was very limited lighting to help us find our way through the space. We weren’t really greeted by a host, and when we did first interact with Brigit (who was our primary contact) we received no introduction to the space and any rules. Sadly, the advertised inner courtyard/garden was under renovations, which we understand happens from time to time, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Lastly, be warned that the ground floor room feels like it had very little privacy as its door and only window open directly into the common area that everyone passes through and can hang out.
